Store - dusty items. Overpriced items. World of google introduces option to price compare. Doesn’t make sense to pay extra 30% + tax.
Store associates - don’t want to make eye contact, help or to be bothered. Royalty starts with them. The royal highness will attend when they can.
Store crowd - Mock millionaires aka pretend wealthy but barely count more than one. Cannot even make more than one line and think only in single file.
Compare to Home Depot down the street there is a difference of 180 degrees.
Retail stores r hard to run n maintain. In this economy if u r not hustling you are on ur way out.
To Rona customer Service - if I have to call centre to get your attention as as you asked in the review - it proves my point that you are royal. A customer should not be chasing you.

I ordered a bbq and then I had to cancel it, Rona’s policy said with I. 3-7 business day my refund will return April 29 -on till May 13 I have not received it and Rona can’t tell me why.

I have been shopping at this Rona for a couple years now and have always found the staff extremely kind and welcoming.
However, as I was getting ready to check out I witnessed an older man yelling at one of his coworkers to the point where she began to cry. Instead of apologizing he walked away leaving the poor girl to alone crying at the cash register.
I later found out from another shopper that this man was named Rov and was a manager here. I will not be shopping here anymore if this is how Rona's management treats their staff. This is unacceptable in any workplace environment and pathetic that a grown man is yelling at a young girl.

Was just there and needed to get some stain so my husband asked the paint department why it was being behind the counter and this lady Yasmin was very rude and said to me why is it a problem I said just don't want to bother the department for no reason. Upon leaving I informed her that she was very rude and she started to advise me that she never spoke to me. But she knew what i was taking about .

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?

When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
