  This Leon’s has been my go to place for years because I’ve always had an amazing experience. I even purchased a $2500 TV over the phone, sight unseen because the woman was so helpful & knowledgeable. This recent experience was absolutely horrendous. Christina was angry, became defensive when I told her my previous experience & how important details are to me. She kept storming off, stomping her boots, repeatedly loudly telling me her father had just passed & she couldn’t handle this! I’ve had relatives pass & my heart went out to her. When she said spending over $2,000 wasn’t that big a deal & I should just buy it … I left! I need to thank her for this!!! I went to the Brick. So late on Sunday that the woman there kept the store open while I decided, & I bought a more expensive item!! The Leon’s family in Collingwood are stellar. Perhaps they need to give more bereavement time to their staff? This is a difficult review to write; but treating your customers this badly needs to be elevated. I don’t need to be belittled & beaten up when spending my hard earned money. I sure won’t be going back to this Leon’s any time soon.

  Our salesperson Skye went over the top in helping us. There was no pressure and she explained every that was asked. You should be proud of her commitment to your company

  The moving team was extremely professional and very nice. Moved everything quickly while taking care not to damage anything. Excellent experience.
