  My son purchased a mattress. He was very happy with the service we received from Skye at the Collingwood location. Skye was very helpful and not a pushy salesperson. Definitely recommend asking for her if you need to shop there. He's happy with the mattress he got and he's grateful for sleepful nights.

  Back to Leon’s Collingwood again , this time for a new couch, love seat and mattress. Again very impressed with the store, especially their employees. Skye was very informative and helpful with our purchase and Charles even carried one item out to the car for us. Can’t say enough good about these guys . We will be back.

  Was helped by Scott Richardson 2 days in a row. He helped me with my purchase of a new dishwasher. Scott was very knowledgeable of the products and very personable. Wasn't pushy. Gave me all the facts I needed to know. Felt good going back the next day to deal with him. Thx Scott for all your help. Collingwood Leon's has always been a great place for my family and I to shop. Courteous and well organized staff.

  Bought a bed, Called in the morning at 10am to confirm pick up they said all is good for pick up. Rented a truck and drove 1.5 hours to get it they said their system was down and couldn’t do anything about it. Went back a week later rented a truck again and all they offered me was free delivery in wasaaga where I don’t even live or a return. The manager Sarah Haw… was extremely rude and didn’t want to help in any way. The manager needs better training and needs to at least fake being helpful, that’s what the owner expects from a manger not someone who’s grumpy and not accommodating
