  ⚠️ Think Twice Before Using Access Storage Cambridge We have used Access Storage on and off for about 4 years, and until recently, we never had an issue. Unfortunately, since new management came in, our experience has been completely different. We were originally at the Bishop Street location and were forced to have our belongings moved to the Industrial location because of changes at the facility. Access Storage handled the move for us — but we were charged for the move, were never properly told when our belongings had actually been moved, and were never given clear information about how to access our stuff at the new location. Once everything was moved, we were also told we had to purchase a $15 lock for the new unit. We were specifically told that once we moved to the new location, we would be considered new customers and would receive the new-customer discount. Well… that never happened. Instead, our storage price has continued to go up and up, and when we’ve questioned the charges, the additional fees aren’t properly explained to us. Customers should also be aware that if you’re 6 days late on your payment, they can restrict your access code and overlock your unit, meaning you can’t access your belongings until the account is dealt with. The policies themselves aren’t even my biggest issue. It’s the customer service. We’ve been yelled at, spoken to disrespectfully and treated like we’re an annoyance whenever we’ve tried to ask questions or resolve issues. It’s honestly disappointing because we’ve been customers for roughly 4 years and never had these problems before. The difference has been the change in management, and unfortunately, the level of customer service has gone downhill dramatically. We are now taking our concerns above the local Cambridge location because we’ve had enough. I’m sharing this because I wish someone had told us what we were getting into before choosing this company. If you’re looking for storage, do your homework, ask exactly what every charge is for, get any promised discounts in writing, and read the fine print. Four years of being a customer with no major issues, and now we’re at the point where we feel the need to warn others. That’s how frustrating this experience has been. Contacted Cambridge stores manager. Left message. Also no way to contact head office??? So contacted the company that over sees access storage “Storage Vault” awaiting responses to both these companies.

  We just walked in without reservations. The store manager Jacqui, really was so supportive and explained all promos in detail. And showed us the storage and helped with us all our question. Had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

  Reshanna and Jacqui were absolutly kind, helpful and completely patient with our needs. Very kind and honest people. Would recommend access storage to those looking.
