Since 1971, Canadians have trusted The Brick to furnish their homes. Our head office is proudly located in Edmonton, Alberta, and we operate more than 200 stores across Canada – including The Brick, The Brick Mattress Store, The Brick Outlet.
We are known nationwide for selling high quality household furniture, mattresses, appliances and home electronics at great prices. Our friendly and professional people work hard for our customers every day, both in-store and online.
Staff here are so friendly and helpful, not pushy whatsoever. They are very knowledgeable and really get you the best deal they can. Lots of great furniture to choose from also. Thanks Hemi for taking such good care of us and being so patient too! Oh and the delivery people were extremely nice and respectful of our home when setting up the couch.

The delivery team was great! They really knew their stuff (including the limitations of the space vs. the furniture), which meant returning one piece as the potential damage to the walls during delivery was not a risk worth taking. Their expertise was appreciated (even though it was disappointing to not be able to have the larger part of the set).
Kudos for knowing your stuff!

Very poor customer service, especially coming from the store manager/possibly regional manager!
I bought a frame tv for close to 3500$. Paid for installation. Installers came 2 weeks later, opened up the box and said they cant install it! The brick refuses to take back the TV because it is open now! I never opened the box. It was the brick installers who did.
Now, the manager says he will refund me 250 dollars for the installation. However, im stuck with a TV and have to now figure out the installation myself. I live in a remote part of ontario and the install will cost me 600$ here. The brick has really let me down this time. Previously I bought 20,000$ worth of goods in 2021 for my home and didn't have any issues, but this time it was/is a very stressful experience.
I think the store just wants to meet their quotas and the managers want their commission. Nothing wrong in that, but that's where they do good sales but offer poor service/experience. Now I know where to not take my business again in the future. Im seriously contemplating going to the bureau/court to resolve this matter.

All in all was a good experience the delivery and delivery team was fantastic. In store experience was good but picking up the tv was hassle as I came in the evening and the floor model tv was not prepared at all and had to wait about 45 minutes as they scrambled to get everything together. Guy at the warehouse was super cool and nice. I think through the sales end they could have made sure this was ready , as the TV I bought was still sitting on the floor in use.
Also since I took the floor model I asked for a discount and they gave me a free sound-bar instead. Sounds nice and I appreciate it but it doesn't work with my tv or any tv in my house for that matter. I think some due diligence and ensuring it works would be common sense. Also I called in about it and they basically said too bad.
I think they could have made some effort to find a solution.
All in all i'm happy, the couch has a defect and waiting for the technician to come in a add the final touches to my order.Would i go back here again, probably but I would make sure of some things and be much more cautious ensuring my order is prepared upon arrival and that accessories work with my product.

Purchased a lift/recliner chair April 19/26 delivery April 24/26. Purchased warranty as well. At about 3 weeks chair is slanting down on right side contacted customer service and they set up a file for an inspection. Technician finally shows up and determined everything electrical is fine which I agree with. BUT insists that the tilt is “normal wear and tear” that cushions often sink down over time. I totally disagree. I think it’s the bottom frame
Today is June 17/26. I haven’t even had the chair for two months yet. !!!!! I have been contacting customer service and also requested store manager to call me No response!!! I feel someone should at least come out to turn chair over and check the assembly. I’m not happy with this situation at all. If they can’t fix it I should be able to get a refund/ replacement in my opinion
