    It was my first time in Rona and had such an unexpected amazing experience. I usually go to other home hardware stores, but I wanted to compare local garden centres. Walked in and was immediately greeted kindly. Sharon was fantastic, she deserves recognition, give that lady a raise ❤️

    I have a 1/2 inch craftsman socket that I've had for years and it split. I went to rona since they now have the craftsman line. If I didn't buy it there within 90 days I have to go through the manufacturer. Not like the old days. I guess ctc is the place to buy quality hand tools that will be replaced on the spot if defective.

    Went in to make a simple Purchase today, nothing huge, a new lock and deadbolt. Showed 6 in stock on line and I even checked the bin location. Couldn’t find and or anything similar. Looked for fifteen minutes in the area, could have been in the boxes on the top shelf. No way to know, no one asked if I need assistance or did I even see anybody to ask. I will not chase someone to buy something, I will just go to your competitor.

    To the manager. When a customer has to call back asking to speak to the manager numerous times and the method you use is to just ignore the customer and they will disappear. I'm not planning to call back and im definitely not buying from your store again. Unfortunately the mistake you are making is word of mouth is what builds your business. I have tried to reach out numerous times with dead silence on your end. Now I have to go to the head office. If there is no response from them then I know where i stand. I feel customers have a right to know how they will be treated once their payment goes through. Its unfortunate because I still need a washer and dryer which I had picked out at your store. But there is no way I can support a store that treats their customers unfairly. Do better Rona especially the manager that is costing Rona lost revenue in the long run due to incompetence. I'm more annoyed with myself for being loyal to a store that frankly does not care Ps. Please don't ask to call the 1800 number. I did call it, left my information and yet again, silence.

    I visited the Burlington North location and had an excellent experience thanks to a team member named Tyrese. He was pushing a flatbed cart when I asked if I could use it, and he immediately responded with a smile and said yes. He then went above and beyond by asking if I needed help. After I explained what I was looking for, he walked with me, helped lift the items onto the cart, and even offered to assist with loading everything. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced at this location, and I’ve been shopping here for years. Tyrese was professional, polite, kind, and genuinely courteous throughout the entire interaction.
