  The location in Burlington was so pleasant and exciting to see so much too choose from. It's a huge location that I just love. The experience we had was excellent, I came back a few days later to purchase more items I just had to have. Day one we had the pleasure of buying a couch from Ramiz who's customer service skills we're excellent & very professional, actually very refreshing to be honest, he wasn't a pushy salesman at all, job well done. Day 2 we loved the couch so much we decided to come back and buy the matching loveseat, we had the pleasure of meeting Jessie Wang who sold us the loveseat, so we decided to buy a carpet and a coffee table as well. The wrong price tag was on the table unknown to me but I loved it, I wanted it. Our sales rep Jessie went to her manager Macrae Hewitt who was very personable & professional & most definitely kind he honored the price for us, I was so happy leaving this location with everything I purchased, I can't wait to go back and buy the dinning room table set I just love. The sales team here are so friendly & kind and most definitely helpful without being overbearing. My new go to furniture store from now on. Great Job Leon's Team.

  Extreme dissatisfaction with my experience ordering from Leon’s. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience from the beginning. The order status and delivery date provided to me have been consistently unreliable, with the expected delivery date repeatedly being pushed further and further out. At this point, I have no confidence in the information being provided to me. What is even more concerning is that after contacting the customer service team, I was still unable to get a clear answer or even a specific, reliable delivery date. If the customer service representatives cannot determine where the order stands or provide a realistic timeline, how is the customer expected to plan around the purchase? I understand that delays can occasionally happen. However, what is unacceptable is the lack of transparency, accountability, and communication surrounding this order. I should not have to repeatedly chase Leon’s for updates, only to be given another uncertain or changing date. This is my first experience purchasing from Leon’s, and based on this experience, it will unfortunately be my last. The way my order has been handled has completely undermined my confidence in the company and the ability to fulfill orders as promised. I chose to purchase from Leon’s expecting a reasonable level of service and reliability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience whatsoever.

  Making holes in walls and dents in cars!!! We had ordered a sectional sofa for delivery in May. When coming in the moving door at the condo, they dropped the sofa and it fell on the wall. The guys knew this happened and didn't mention it. Our security got it all on camera. There was no apologies or attempt to fix the situation. In early August a Leon's Burlington driver backed into my car causing $5800.00 damage to my car. The driver left a note on my car and when I called the store manager he would not give me the insurance information, and driver info. On the next day after reporting it to the police I called the manager again and he would not give me the insurance information. The police told me they would charge the driver with fail to remain and all of a sudden the manager was able to give me the information I needed. On both of these occasions there was no apology or acknowledgement from anyone at Burlington Leon's or corporate. Very poor management from top to bottom.

  We did not attend the Burlington Store, but our delivery came from there. The gentlemen were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Only disappointment was the “clearance” items were not unpacked and left for us to do. It would have been nice to have everything unpacked and all the garbage taken. Not the fault of the delivery gentlemen.

  I bought a couch from Leon’s a year ago, the sectional started ripping at the seem on the chase I called them to let them know as I purchased the warranty. They sent one of there guys out to look and he accused me of letting my dog on the couch and said my dog did it. I had to call the manager who told me she would order a chase and give me some throw cushions for it because they ripped too. It took almost 3 months for their employee to show up. He came with two cushion covers a needle and thread and no throw pillows and he sowed my chase back together. I have never experienced anything like this before, I purchased the warranty and what I got was accusations thrown at me and a sowed couch, this is ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Leon’s furniture.
