  From purchase to delivery the customer service was great. We dealt with Seema at the Brantford Leon's, she was professional , knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Not pushy. Would definitely deal with Seema for any future purchases. The 2 gentlemen that did the delivery were very polite, respectful and reminded us of the guarantees that we had on the product. Much appreciated.

  They could not deliver my order on time, and honestly, I don’t mind waiting if there is a genuine delay. What was truly frustrating was having to repeatedly call the store without any staff member taking responsibility or following up to explain what was going on. I was especially surprised after speaking with Max. I honestly doubt whether he is really fit to be a manager. I have purchased furniture from Ashley, Rona, and several other brands over the years, and I have never experienced a manager behaving in such an unprofessional manner. I would strongly request the store owner to start monitoring or recording how Max interacts with customers, because his behavior reflects very poorly on the business.

  I had a horrible experience. I placed an order, and after a couple of weeks they suddenly claimed they didn’t have a contract with the vendor and could not complete the order on time. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Every single time I called, the staff gave different updates. I also spoke with Max, the sales manager, and his behavior was absolutely disgusting and his behavior was completely unacceptable. I was shocked that someone in a management position could be so unprofessional, could experience racism. He is a huge shame to the store!! I am definitely going to report him. If this is the kind of management the company has, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if stores start shutting down.

  The sofa is great, the customer service has been great except, Disappointed in the no lack of communication and accountability with property damage and Joseph the warehouse manager silence has left me a little bitter. Even the General Manager Dan was amazing coming on site to board up the window. I will still give it a 5 star as one sour grape shouldn’t be allowed to spoil it for the rest. But Joseph needs some basic communication skills training.

  Had a very good experience with the sales rep Mr Singh Sold me a couch of great quality, was very easy to work with But everything after the purchase was a complete mess The delivery team didn't install, left a huge mess unpacking the couch, left my house door wide open till I got home. Which is just wild too me Its one thing to not install and to leave a mess but leaving a house door wide open is just weird. Mind you I purchased the couch with instalation + delivery. They even called me asking if they had to install the couch and when I confirmed they chose not too + left a huge mess of Styrofoam Than dealing with customer service they basically just seemed to have brushed all this to the side Again Mr Singh awesome job + quality couch thats where ill give the two stars everything else just unacceptable for such a large company
