  Guys who came today changed whole experience with Leon. They were here for pick up of damage server cabinet but they went out of way to support our request of picking up old mattress which was not took by original people who came to drop new mattress because we were not given cover by Leon’s store. Truly appreciate their help and support.

  My recent experience with Leon’s was exceptional! I ordered a tall dresser. I knew what I wanted and placed the order on line the other day. Fantastic communication for delivery date set up. I was sent tracking in the am of my delivery, so I could see where I was in que. The guys that delivered it, were extremely professional and courteous. Beyond pleased with the service and not to mention the product quality is amazing

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Spent $7k on a bed frame, mattress, sofa, and coffee table for my son's apartment. On delivery day, it was dumped in a pile of cardboard and styrofoam in his apartment with no instructions and tons of assembly required. We had no idea it wouldn't arrive assembled, as the salesperson said NOTHING about it being an IKEA/Wayfair type situation. What??? If I wanted IKEA or Wayfair, I'd have gone that route. Better to spend a few dollars more and go to Stoney Creek Furniture where they treat you with kindness and respect. Tried to resolve this with the store directly (as is always my policy prior to a poor review) and they could not have cared less.... I even said I'd pay to have it assembled if they'd send someone so that he'd have somewhere to sleep and sit (we were out of town when it arrived and couldn't help him) and they said it would be a week before someone would come back out. NEVER AGAIN at Leons and specifically the Burlington store. Buyer beware that you're in for a DIY furniture building project without instructions or an ounce of concern from the store if you buy anything here -- they seriously misrepresent the product in the showroom from what is actually provided and how it's delivered. What a disgusting disappointment.

  Went to Leon's Furniture because they had a sale for a particular mattress we were looking for our kids bunk bed. We walked in and saw Marcus L. He was polite and friendly, and was quick helping us find the mattress on display in the showroom. He did not push us or try to over sell us which makes the whole experience less stressful. After trying the mattress, the sale went smoothly and easy. Setting up delivery was great, they were able to come on the day that was best for us Delivery was great! Tracking was one of the best systems we have ever used. They gave us how many stops and ETA the day of. The delivery guys were respectful and followed instructions perfectly. Plus, no language barrier at all!! A big bonus for that!! We highly recommend Leon's.

  The sales woman was very knowledgeable about her product and most helpful. My order was a delayed delivery but she researched it and found a couple in the warehouse and we reserved one for me. I really liked the delivery tracker which updated after every stop before mine. The delivery men were very professional , friendly, and very efficient. They took care with my new sofa and set it up for me. An extremely positive experience all round. I love my new sofa and that it is made in Canada.
