  We came looking for a "gaming chair" for our son. The one one we wanted was not in available, as we reach the register to pay for batteries, Shay was at the register. She proceeded to see if she could help out son finding the proper chair. Shay was exactly what was needed in this situation, her professionalism, her energy and her desired to see a satisfy family, helped us find the exact chair we came looking for. THANK YOU SO MUCH Shay, we had a great shopping experience!

  Shay and and Brighton went above and beyond to helpl us with all of our needs at JYSk in Burlington. We had a large order and they spent the time we needed to set up an account, go through the Products, pricing, Ordering, Delivery, Payment and Answer any questions we had and also make any changes we needed. From the moment we walked through the doors the customer service from both Shay and Brighton ( And actually all of the staff at this location ) was exceptional. Very attentive. Very friendly, Very knowledgable, Very patient. Very helpful.. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and honestly, I don’t know if I’ve ever been treated so well! They were both exceptional, and it makes us look forward to returning and doing more business with JYSK A big thank you to both Shay and Brighton and all of the staff at the Burlington location.

  The service was extremely poor. It’s no wonder JYSK is closing stores and struggling with sales. The staff were not supportive and seemed completely uninterested in making a sale. We came to the store today specifically to choose and buy an armchair. Unfortunately, the armchairs we were interested in were placed on the shelves, and there was no opportunity to take them down, sit in them, compare them, and choose the right one. Both the salesperson and the manager refused to put the armchairs on the floor so that we could try them. As a result, we left the store without making a purchase. We then went to the competitor’s store directly across from JYSK and bought an armchair there without any problem. Their staff were helpful and actually wanted to make a sale. If the owner is wondering why sales are low, this is exactly the kind of customer experience that explains it. You cannot expect customers to buy furniture they are not allowed to try, especially when a competitor nearby is willing to provide a much better service.

  I had a great experience shopping at JYSK Burlington. I'd originally gone in to pick up an online order and decided to get a different chair once I'd seen them in person. The team was extremely understanding and efficient with helping me return the online order and purchase the new chair. Kesha and Pete also went above and beyond when they realized I was actually purchasing for my business and helped me sign up for a JYSK business account so I could get the lower business pricing on my item. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to make sure I would be set up well! I would definitely recommend shopping at JSYK Burlington for your home and your business.

  Great service provided by Shay and Luv when I needed to return an item without the receipt. Luv spent a lot of time searching their records to find the transaction while I searched my online credit cards records to find it. The Manager Shay made an exception and allowed the return and credit to my card once the transaction was located. A lot of stores and clerks would have just said no - they went the extra mile and helped solve the issue. Exceptional service!!
