Steven was kind a patient and took the time to explore and go through all the options with me. Our needs were a bit complicated, but he found the perfect solution and we are so happy with how it turned out!

We just got our blinds (cellular shades) and installed them. They look great. Shawna at Burlington store did a great job helping us choose and order them. They arrived on schedule and we are pleased with our purchase.

Disorganized and poor customer service. Ordered blinds here 20 years ago and they broke… After many discussions, they could not find the original order (hence no lifetime warranty) and I decided to go ahead and place an order for new blinds in 2025 however circumstances changed and I cancelled the order (took six months and multiple calls to get the money back) In 2026, I was ready to place the order so I went to the showroom to place the order but they have no records and need me to start the process over again. I brought in a copy of the old order form with all the measurements/decisions… And wanted a ballpark price based on inflation but they insisted everything start from scratch (which includes another 2 home visits to find ways to upsell)

Great service when nothing wrong. Motor broke, under warranty, great. Bring it in we fix, done. Remote no longer pairs with blinds (which it did before). Sorry tough luck, we charge you for that. Should not cost me a dime to get my blinds working properly again, When they are under warranty. Store refused to come and pair the remote to the new moter without charging. They asked me to bring it in again. And if there's a installer in the store, they will try and have that person do it, but no guarantee when they'll be there. Very disappointing considering the cost of the blinds that are not even four years old yet.

The way this company stands behind their customer service is sub par. Got our Blinds installed in 2024, they look and perform terrific and then they won’t close after having them installed for 6 months. So I went to the store they say only motor is under warranty, sure no problem send someone out to re program it or look at it. They tell me I’ll have to pay for the service call ; they say it as if that will bankrupt me and I say well my only other option is to have my blinds not function? So I was given a booklet on how to do it myself , I tried that and it did not work out. Flash forward to the other day I call the store and ask When can a technician come out? “ we can’t look at that schedule until we collect payment “ you can pay now and then if the availability doesn’t work we can refund you. Where are these trust issues coming from? If I get a call about my product that my business installs, I’m over there asap to rectify it. Stay small, never go corporate Edit: customer service from corporate called today to offer a free service call to rectify the issue which I greatly appreciate , the fact that somebody took the time to care and stand behind their product. I was not looking for a handout and was / am willing to pay whomever for their time.
