I had to buy a different type of lock for the smaller unit I downsized to. Also there is a monthly service fee which I think should just be stated as part of the locker cost. I would definitely recommend Access Storage to my friends.
- LMLaura MJun 13, 20261.0Warning to current and future renters: Our storage unit was recently broken into and completely ransacked. The door was pried open and damaged (though our lock was surprisingly left intact), and many of our belongings were stolen. It appears multiple units in our section were hit. This facility has no CCTV cameras in the interior hallways, meaning there is no footage of the theft(s). 24/7 access seems to be a major security loophole. If you must use this facility, request an exterior-facing unit that is within view of their outdoor cameras.

Chris was the initial person whom I spoke with over the phone and he too went over everything so no hidden cost later. So much more transparent that the scammers at SmartStop who raised my cost 3 times in a year from $97 to $249
