  Due to an upcoming medical procedure I was in need of a new piece of furniture as I am to be immobile for an extended period of time. Went into the Brockville store, found what we were looking for. They guaranteed delivery just before I am due home, set up included. Unbelievable service, HATS OFF BROCKVILLE LEONS. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

  Staff are kind, professional, knowlegeable and willing to assist. To me...that is everything. So glad they reopened. They were a great help to me 8 yrs ago, when I first moved to Brockville.

  I was greeted when I entered the store and found all of the staff friendly and very helpful. A very good experience.

  We were quite impressed with the update and change in ownership. The staff were friendly (even with out young kids starting to loose patience with how long we were looking) as we were seriously looking for a couch. Of which I returned the next day to order it (after we discussed our preference at home) we wanted to make sure the person helping would receive commission if thats how this location works. We did end up dealing with a couple people (as the previous person was engaged with another customer) Purchasing process was quite straight forward and we are looking forward to delivering of products we purchased. Will update regarding delivery and product being scotch gaurded. They were helpful, but also gave us lots of space to look without constant pressure of feeling like being watched like a hawk. They also did just take us to their most expensive item when we said what we were looking for... haha So thats a big WIN from us. We will be back.

  Great experience with the grand opening specials. Shivaani was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and I got a great deal.
