  Purchased a couch and recliner Nov 15th last year. Sales person said it would be 8 weeks for delivery. Invoice said 12-14 weeks delivery. Never received the product. My wife and I have called them a dozen times each, managers never returned a phone call. Drove to the store for our refund and they wouldn't help process any return. All they could do was have Kingston location process a cheque for our return. Staff that have located to their Kingston store will not return any calls. Leons Kingston/Brockville is TAKING the customers money and not fulfilling orders or processing returns. Are both stores going under and can't return $? This is theft!!!! ALREADY spoken to their Head Office, who have no idea what to do. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! They WILL SCAM YOU!

  Leons of Brockville (and Kingston, since it's under same owners) is the worse place to get any furniture or anything! 0 our of 5 stars! Very unprofessional! Save your money! I ordered a couch just after Christmas from Leon's of Brockville. The day I bought it, I received an email saying they took the money and gave me a receipt. I waited for a delivery or something but never did receive anything. I waited 2 weeks and then called to see when and how long before I would expect it. I got a told a few weeks and I would have it... waited two months with still nothing, not a notice of when I could expect it or anything (good thing a didn't get rid of my couch right away like i was planning on doing!). Kept calling and kept getting the same responds, few more weeks... i waited two more months, called them again and was told it would be on the next truckload but they lied again and again.. after 4 months of waiting I asked for a refund, with adittude and unprofessionalness they took another 2 weeks to even get me my refund! I bought it with visa debit and was told they cant refund that on there and was told to wait for a check in the mail! I dont want it send in the mail with things happening nowadays, WAS MADE IT PUT UP MY CHECK IN KINGSTON OUT OF MY WAY AND A 45 MIN DRIVE TO GET MY MONEY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Go spend your money elsewhere, like The Brick!
