- GMGary McMurray6 days ago4.0It was a pleasure dealing with our sales rep (Tristen). Tristen went above and beyond his regular responsibilities to help us find the right fit for our requirements. I came looking for a recliner chair and we were presented with an option that was better suited (reclining sofa). He listened as we explained our conundrum. The delivery staff were very efficient, prompt, pleasant and professional. The only criticism I need to point out is that I was handed the "upholstery care kit" in a box. Perhaps the Brick will call and arrange someone to apply it? I'll update this post after a couple of weeks to let you know the outcome.

But I was greeted almost immediately as I entered the store by a friendly, gentleman by the name of Dave. Dave listened to what I was looking for and was able to show me several options that might meet my needs. He was very accomodating and patient and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. I came away feeling satisfied with my choice and am looking forward to its arrival soon. So thank you Dave for all your help in making this shopping experience pleasant and positive!

He also let me tried the best mattress it was sooo good can’t wait to sleep on it. The sectional he showed me is great. I didn’t want a fabric sofa but Justin convinced me to get this one. It is really good sofa with recliner and it wasn’t that much. Justin is the best will come back to him in the future

We explained our situation and what we were looking for and she showed us a variety of options, even making some helpful suggestions! She was able to show us different pricing options, colour options and some custom options. When we left that day to go home and think about our options she sent us a message a few days later with an item that had gone on sale and checking in to see if we had any questions. We were thankful to receive an invitation to the VIP sale and purchasing our new couch was a simple and easy, plus who doesn’t appreciate saving some money! Overall, our experience at the Brick was lovely and we will 100% be back for further purchases down the line!

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
