    BEAUTIFUL experience with amazing SHAZIA! she welcomed us and approached us with a warm smile. loved the shopping we did for our samsung appliance. she's such a warm soul. the team was so sweet.. and we got everything done during closing time. absolutely love the experience!     Bought a couch May 12 ..every time we call Leons we get the same story. Hold ups with the manufacturer..I wish they would explain better .. P.S never get rid of your couch until Leons calls you with your new one...very disappointed customer!!

    Second review for Leon's brantford. We purchased a new mattress,bed set,table couch. The wrong mattress got delivered not a big deal. Then bed set got delivered all damaged we asked for a full return they said you are not allowed it's final sale then offered $150 in store credit. Then scheduled parts to be swapped out only to bring the wrong parts. Now we are waiting to swap out the entire bedset which now has been weeks of waiting. We have heard nothing but bad things from Leon's brantford (only) I do not recommended purchasing anything from this location. Be aware when you purchase and ask about final sale as they do not communicate it when purchasing.

    I purchased a couch last year from this store. The floor model was so comfortable we paid about $1500 for the couch. Once we got the couch, we thought OK it seems like it's not like the floor model but we had been working and then also went on vacation so by the time we got back and we're sitting on it, we realized it was definitely not the couch that we had purchased. So we contacted the company, but it had been three months and they said they could not exchange it it is the worst couch. It is so uncomfortable and now this year we are having to purchase a new couch from a different store. I would give us zero review If I could. They're scam artist and we're still paying for the couch.
