  1 star is being generous. It took 2 months to have the furniture delivered and when it arrived half of it was damaged and they didn’t deliver a vacuum we were supposed to get as a “gift”. It took another week to get the headboard replaced and while we’re supposed to wait over a month for the broken footboard replacement we were meant to put the bed together then take it apart and re assemble it later. But the headboard again was damaged. We had many discussions with the manager that if there was more damage we would return it all and get a refund and compensation as we had been sleeping on the floor for weeks and had to take days off of work to receive the multiple deliveries. The items are returned and we received 0 compensation for all we had to deal with and were basically told to take our refund and go. Needless to say we will never be going to leons again

  Extremely displeased and disappointed with the quality and customer service. My elderly mother purchased a recliner after her knee replacement. The chair arrived stained and the mechanism was broken. We returned to the store and called about the issues over 5 times with no resolution. One year later we are still trying to find a resolution. The claim is that Leon’s cannot provide a refund or a replacement?! Explain to me how this makes any sense? My mom is on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for her to spend. We trusted Leon’s to provide us with quality and care…both of which she did not receive, not to mention the time and energy spent trying to rectify this problem. I strongly recommend avoiding spending your hard earned money on anything that Leon’s sells.

  I took my cousin and his wife to buy some new furniture and appliance. They both have disabilities and we're looking at getting all new living room, bedroom furniture, fridge and stove. I suggested just getting the sofa, chair and coffee table first and we could come back at a later date for the rest. The women in the sales room was great. They picked out a sectional, chair, coffee table and end table. They had picked out a new bedroom outfit that we would come back to order on a later date. The Sales women was great explaining everything and was amazing with them. She told us thr delivery team would bring the furniture on Friday and they would unpack the chair and sectional and set it up but they wouldn't set up the coffee table and end table. The night before the delivery we had arranged to have all the old furniture be removed from the house to make room for the new furniture Friday morning. I got a call they day before informing me the delivery would be between 9am and 1pm. I missed a call at from the delivery guy at 1:55pm saying they were there but couldn't find apartment 3. I called him back within 2 minutes and no answer. I called my cousin right away to get them to run outside. Which they did and the truck wasnt there. Tried calling the driver again with no answer. We called Leons and they told us they would look into it. They called us back saying they delivery driver knocked on every door at the triplex and no one answered and they wouldn't be coming back and they even took a picture of the house? I checked the security cameras to see they never knocked on there door at all. Now my cousin and his girlfriend had to go 4 days with no living room furniture as they couldn't delivery again until Tuesday. When it was delivered on Tuesday my cousin asked them about setting up the chair and sectional and was told they dont do that. He called Leons and explained he was told by the sales women they would set up the chair and sectional and they would take the cardbored with them and was told simply no they dont do that and the sales person shouldn't of told him that, yet when I ordered furniture in the past it was always set up and cardboard taking with them unless it was tables that needed to be assembled and even on the Leons website it says the same thing. It was a very disappointing experience and a very stressful one for them. I was able to go over after work and get it all set up for them and remove the cardboard. I definitely felt bad for suggesting Leons to them as I always had great experience in the past with them. But they are very happy with the new furniture now and will look elsewhere for the reminder of the bedroom furniture and appliances.
