- BMBurt James Mason2 days ago5.0Much better experience. Long time client that has had massive issues. Still displeased that the office is mothballed yet manager Ede is attentive as always. Honestly the level of maintence went down after the office closure yet Ede (and Pierre) have single-handedly been trying to revive the location by sheer force of will. Real reason why anyone including myself stay is because of manager Ede. Exemplary, world class customer service. Quite simply she is the definition of professional customer service. She is a force of nature. Without her I would have moved last year.
