I order the freezer on the 4 of August and was told that it will be delivered on the 17th of August. That date would not work for me since I’ll have my function on the 22nd of August. I was informed that it could be delivered before the 17. That doesn’t work for me. To cut a long story short, I start the process of canceling the order and to my greatest surprise, the freezer is in stock and will be delivered on the 9th of August. What a surprise. I appreciated the tracking process and the calls cuing of the arrival of the order. Three lovely small in body and average high - no disrespect. These three gentlemen were very pleasant, skillful and knowledgeable in their job. They had to remove the door which was tedious since the nails were rust, and two men took the big 30 cu. upright freezer to the basement like a 5 pounds chicken. It was very scary watching but I was assured by the third fellow that they will be find. And so they were. I raised my hat to them. I hope they are getting excellent pay because this job can be very stressful, dangerous and difficult . Therefore, I will give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the delivery gentlemen not 5 stars. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
