    Amazing experience from start to finish! Karanveer provided awesome customer service and really helped us pick out the perfect couch and colour for our needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service!

    Ramneek Kaur fantastic customer care service. I just came for browsing but she's worked hard then a sales person to sold a sofa sets to me . She has a great knowledge of products you selling in the store and she understood customer requirements well well. Great job Ms. Kaur keep it up... Thank you

    I purchased a dining table on March 28 and, since then, I have received absolutely no updates regarding my order. I was initially told the table would be delivered in April, but it still has not arrived. After contacting customer service multiple times, I was disappointed to find that no one could provide any information or even a status update on my purchase. To make matters worse, I had a $499.99 warranty credit from a previous purchase which had to be used prior to March 29 and I specifically instructed the staff at The Brick to apply it toward my dining table order. Despite this, customer service informed me that the credit was never applied, and my account still shows an outstanding balance of $499.99 The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from both the store staff and customer service has been extremely frustrating. No one seems to know what is going on, and getting answers has been nearly impossible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at The Brick.

    Very bad experience i had today .The delivery guys went in to bedroom on my clean rugs with shoes not even have shoes covers .i asked them dont yoh have they said no. What kind of service you giving people. Dirty shoes they were walking inside the rooms and rugs. I paid 150 dollers to wash those rugs and i have to wash my rugs again and .it is raining today and they brought muddy dirty shoes inside. Very very bad experience and i ll write this review on google too

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at The Brick. I purchased a sofa for $2400 and its covered in lint within 6 months and looks worn out far too quickly for something that’s supposed to last years. Their customer service is just unresponsive and unhelpful, offering no real solution or accountability. I expected better quality and support for the price I paid. Definitely not recommending this to anyone looking for reliable furniture.
