Worst experience ever. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying anything from Leon’s Brampton.
I had a $5,000 Mattamy coupon and ended up spending approximately another $7,000 of my own money on furniture. Unfortunately, within a very short period, almost everything we purchased started having problems — including the recliner sofa, mattress, and king-size bed frame.
The most disappointing part has been the customer service. For example, when I reported an issue with a recliner sofa that cost around $2,000, I was told that if they could not find the required parts, they could offer me only $75 as compensation. How does a $75 refund make sense for a $2,000 sofa that is defective?
It has now been more than three months and the issues are still not properly resolved. Even worse, I was told that if I wanted the repair done faster, I could come to the store, pick up the parts myself, and fix it. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to repair defective furniture themselves after paying thousands of dollars.
We spent a significant amount of our hard-earned money expecting quality products and reasonable after-sales service. Instead, we have been dealing with repeated defects, delays, and extremely disappointing customer service.
I am still waiting for Leon’s to properly resolve these issues. If they continue to ignore the matter or fail to provide a reasonable solution, I will seriously consider filing a formal consumer protection complaint and pursuing the matter further.
Very disappointed with the overall experience at Leon’s Brampton.

BEWARE OF LEONS!!! My 89 year old mother asked me to go to Leons to look for a new TV. Ashley, manager in training helping us, showed us new, floor models and discontinued tvs. My mother choose a discontinued model. Her TV was delivered on a Friday, I went on Wednesday to set up. Strangely the retail demo footage showed up. Did they sell her the floor model? Yes they did! Not only that the screen had an indentation in it- it was damaged. The damage got worst as a black banner appeared within a few days. After talking to Ashley and Derek the manager, I was told my mother singed a contract saying she was buying an as is floor model. This is my 89 year old mother who does not speak or write English, she thought she signing for the visa payment. Samsung warranty told us you had bought a damaged product and there was nothing they could do about it. Apparently Leons does not know the difference between floor model and discontinued model. Do not trust anyone at Leons, they would say just about anything to sell you a product. In this case they sold my mother a damaged floor model and do not want to take any responsibility for it. My mothers 733.00 tv is sitting in the basement while I had to go out and buy her a new one from COSTCO. Beware they lie.

⭐️ Very Disappointing Customer Service
I purchased a sofa from this company, and after only 4–5 months, a problem developed with it. I tried calling once or twice, but unfortunately, I did not get a proper resolution. I then contacted them by email.
They eventually sent someone to my home to inspect the sofa. I was told that they would order the required part for me, and I was specifically told that the part had been ordered and that we were just waiting for it to arrive.
Now, after waiting all this time, I am being told that they cannot repair the sofa and that they cannot do anything under the warranty. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because I was previously told that the part had already been ordered and that the issue would be taken care of.
This is not just about the sofa—it is about how they treat their customers and handle warranty issues. If you tell a customer that a part has been ordered and they need to wait, you should stand behind that commitment.
Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation has been handled. I would strongly recommend getting the warranty and after-sales service details clearly in writing before purchasing from this company

Babu was absolutely amazing to work with! He was kind, attentive, patient, and extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood all of my options. He never made me feel rushed and was genuinely so helpful throughout the entire process.
I did notice that some of the interactions from his associates toward him were quite rude and unhelpful, which made things feel a little awkward at times. I want to make it clear that this was not a reflection of Babu at all. He remained professional, respectful, and focused on making sure I had a great experience despite this.
I truly appreciated Babu’s patience and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping at Leons!
