I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s delivery service. The delivery team caused property damage in multiple areas of my home during the delivery process and showed very little care or professionalism while handling the furniture.
What made the situation worse was the aggressive and rude behaviour from the delivery staff when the issues were pointed out. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, their attitude made the entire experience extremely stressful.
I was also shocked by the lack of safe delivery practices. The team did not use any carpet or floor protection while moving heavy furniture inside the house, which increased the risk of damage. Additionally, the old furniture they were taking back was not covered with blankets or protective materials, causing scratches, wall damage, and unnecessary mess during removal.
What is even more frustrating is that I specifically asked the delivery team multiple times to follow basic safety procedures, such as covering the furniture properly and using carpet or floor protection. Despite being told clearly, they ignored everything and continued moving the furniture carelessly.
The situation became so unprofessional and stressful that I had to stop the delivery midway and ask the team to leave my property. Because of this, I only received a partial shipment of my order.
For a company of this size, I expected much better service, professionalism, and care for customers’ homes. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

There wasn’t even an option to give ZERO stars! My experience with Leon’s BRAMPTON has been absolutely terrible.
I purchased an entire bedroom set and dining table from them, and within just 6 months, the furniture started chipping, cracking, and getting damaged in several areas. Thankfully, it was under warranty, so the items were replaced — but unfortunately, the bad experiences didn’t end there.
The most disturbing part was the delivery experience. The delivery team behaved extremely unprofessionally. They entered the house wearing dirty shoes, ignored basic delivery protocols like using protective blankets, and ended up damaging our property. When we politely pointed out the damage, instead of correcting their behavior, they became rude, harassing, and even threatening.
At that point, we felt unsafe and had no choice but to decline the partial delivery. No customer should ever feel intimidated or uncomfortable inside their own home because of a company’s delivery staff.
We filed a complaint with Leon’s management, but I honestly do not feel confident that any meaningful action will be taken regarding such unacceptable customer service and conduct.
I will never purchase from Leon’s again, and I strongly recommend others to think twice before buying — especially from Leon’s Brampton — if you want to avoid stress, property damage, and harassment in your own home.
Extremely disappointed and stressed.

Absolutely pathetic customer service from Leon's Furniture. We purchased a washer and dryer set in March, and for the past month we’ve been stuck going back and forth with Leon’s trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled immediately.
The washer shakes violently because the shipping bolts were never removed — which, apparently, is a “simple fix.” Funny how nobody at Leon’s thought to actually help FIX IT. Instead of sending a technician or representative, they told ME to remove the bolts myself. I’m a 5’3 woman — how exactly am I supposed to lift and maneuver a washer and dryer on my own?
When my parents called to complain, the woman on the phone from Leon’s argued with them instead of trying to help. She kept blaming me for not removing the shipping bolts, even though this was never properly communicated to us. The attitude was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and lazy. When they FINALLY agreed to contact Whirlpool, the representative sounded reluctant the entire time and kept trying to push the responsibility back onto me instead of doing her job.
We gave her the serial number directly from both the manual and the washer/dryer themselves, and then suddenly she claimed Whirlpool said the serial number was “wrong” and told ME I needed to contact them myself. How does that even make sense when the number came straight from the appliance and paperwork? At this point, Leon’s could’ve fixed this issue themselves ten times over instead of dragging customers through weeks of excuses and incompetence.
They also kept repeating that they “documented every call,” which is hilarious considering they somehow have no documentation of the call where their representative said she would contact Whirlpool on my behalf. Convenient.
It gets even creepier: when the appliances were delivered, the driver told us he would “come back in 3 days to check if everything was working properly.” We later contacted Leon’s after the first week and were told this is NOT even a service they provide. So why exactly was the driver saying he’d be returning to my home? Completely unprofessional and honestly unsettling. When I brought this up to the Leon’s representative, she said she was going to “look into it,” find the driver’s name, and figure out why he said that. Surprise surprise — we never got an update about that either.
This entire situation could’ve been resolved with basic customer service and minimal effort, but the lazy, dismissive people at Leon’s would rather argue with customers, pass blame, and avoid responsibility instead of fixing the problem. A month of phone calls, excuses, and finger-pointing over something so simple is beyond ridiculous. Once they get your money, don’t expect accountability, professionalism, or help. Save yourself the stress and shop literally anywhere else.
I’ve attached a video of how obnoxiously loud this washer is, that has banged up my walls, just about tore the hose off the wall, has warranted complaints from a fellow neighbour about how loud it is, and my partner had to try to hold it down to prevent further damage. Do not go to this Leon’s unless you want terrible customer service and zero accountability and no resolution.

My husband and I did 2 large purchases within the last couple days. We loved starting from the clear concise online layout which as thoroughly detailed so very simplified and easy to understand. There was also ease and peace of mind with the online chat present. I was immediately assisted and offered the opportunity for the representative to call me to discuss my particular interest. After a few minutes of discussion, simplicity was speaking volumes. The associate advised she was placing the order so we have the locked in sale price and next steps would be to go out the store - get a more in depth look / feel of texture / level out size according to our home space for the sectional which interested us and simply proceed to check out so our reciept could be be printed and we could pay. Upon entering at the McLaughlin Leon's location, the entiriof the paths we walked through to explore the item of interest, we were blown away at the cleanliness, uniqueness of displays, bold yet simple concise price tags, comfort of not being bombarded, honoring greetings of sales reps along the way and certainly the willingness to cater to us. We were in love immediately with the size, color, texture, workmanship and beautiful presentation of the sectional we were particularly attending to view firsthand and get a natural feel off all together. We were certain to the core, this purchase was sealed to be checked out and set to deliver. Sure enough we proceeded to have the help desk to print off our bill within such a prompt timeframe and simplicity. Within about 2 minutes, we were cashed out and excited to receive our new set up. Too good to be true. Before leaving the store, my husband ventured out to look at a series of television units. We met a lovely a very helpful woman named Ashley. The encounter we had with Ashley was remarkable as she was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Ashley listened to our interests and price range due to budget. She presented details of a awesome Samsung TV which would suit our needs perfectly. We shared we'd contact her the following day to move forward as we wanted to work through measurements etc... The following day, we made contact with Ashley on the telephone and she successfully placed our order. We were faced with a few hiccups in the pickup of our TV unit so I made it known to Ashley. The very next day we picked up our TV successfully and I proceeded to contact the Manager who's name is Amaninder. I explained the situation we had faced as a result of another location for pickup. Amaninder was exceptionally respectful, patient, caring, exhibited regard, symbolized concerning, was very apologetic, eager to make right and performed 3 different actions to result in my husband and I having the semi bitter taste removed in the hiccups we faced. Amaninder was very exemplary in his role as a manager as he represented such integrity. Because of Amaninder and Ashley, we are excited to doing further business with Leons. We are enjoying every moment of use with our beautiful sectional and television set. Thanks a billion over Amaninder and Ashley. Leon's ought to know that you both Amaninder and Ashley are 2 awesome assets to the functions / flow of Leon's business proceedings.

I would give zero stars if I had the option.
I bought a sofa set from Leon’s in October, and within just a few weeks (by November), it started making squeaking noises and feels like it’s already breaking. This is really disappointing for something that’s supposed to be new.
We contacted customer service hoping for a repair or some kind of solution, but they refused to help and said it’s a manufacturing defect. The staff was also rude during the call and even implied that we didn’t know how to use the sofa, which was honestly insulting.
We even went to the store in person to try and resolve the issue, but no one seemed to care or offer any help.
Honestly, what’s the point of buying a new sofa if it doesn’t even last a month? Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Would recommend no one to visit this store.
