  I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked into the store. The welcome at the entrance was warm, friendly, and professional, which made me feel valued as a customer. The staff took the time to greet me, answer my questions, and guide me without being pushy.

  Dear Leon’s Customer Service, I purchased a king-size bed from Leon’s a few months ago. Last month, I noticed that the bed legs had broken. Since the bed is still under warranty, I contacted your customer service to report the issue. A technician visited my home, inspected the bed, and confirmed that the legs need to be replaced. He informed me that he would ask the store to order the replacement legs. However, despite this, the issue has still not been resolved, and I have not received any update regarding the replacement. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and arrange for the replacement parts to be provided as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this warranty claim.

  Exceptional service from beginning to end. Wahid was my sales associate. He was very informative and helpful in finding me a new mattress. Delivery was quick and flawless, no issues whatsoever. Overall a pleasant and ease of mind experience. Thank you all for your hard work!

  I purchased a stackable washer and dryer on 20 June 2026 , and found the appliance I was looking for , the sales agent (Taran) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and I have to say that from the time I purchased the washer and dryer and been delivered to the time the technicians came and installed it , everything went smoothly . I really appreciate your service and I recommend Leon’s home needs.

  Ordered a dishwasher from Leon's and paid extra for triple play installation services. The installer unboxed the dishwasher and noticed the bag of hardware was missing. I called the store and they didn't pick up the phone. I went to the store to pickup the hardware while the installer waited in my kitchen for me to return. I was frustrated with having to drive to the store after paying extra for an installation service, however I remained calm, with the reception at the store as I know these things happen. They started by blaming the installer and said it was his fault, he took pictures before opening any packaging. Then they had the audacity to tell me to calm down when they couldn't figure out what hardware I required. I told them I am calm, and you might want to refrain from telling customers to calm down, especially after they pay for a service and have to go in-store to fight with management due to incompetence. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with the staff at Leon's.
