  I had to repair an older model blind but was informed that it was no longer in production and had to be replaced. Blinds To Go honoured their lifetime warranty and replaced the blind with a newer model without question. This shows the value this business places on its customers. I find their blinds are quality made and durable. Aditya (Adi) the manager was very helpful and took the time to show me how to install this particular blind.

  I received excellent customer service from Jaskiran. Her knowledge about various blinds was excellent and she helped me narrowing down the choice based on my needs in living room and bedroom. I am extremely impressed by the way she communicated very clearly about various blinds options. Highly recommended

  Our company recently used Blinds To Go to remove our old blinds and supply and install 24 new blinds, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Patricia was fantastic throughout the entire project. She took the time to explain all of the available options, recommended the best blinds for our office, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was that she even followed up after the installation to make sure everything met our expectations. That level of customer service is truly appreciated. Paul handled the removal of the old blinds and the installation of all 24 new blinds in record time. He was organized, professional, and incredibly thorough. He carefully packaged the old blinds for disposal, cleaned up every area he worked in, and left our office looking spotless. We are extremely impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail provided by the Blinds To Go team.
