  I recently had the pleasure of working with Adi (Aditya), the sales manager at Blinds To Go Brampton location, and I can thankfully say he turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a win. When I noticed inconsistencies in how my blinds looked and functioned, Adi stepped in without any hesitation. What really impressed me was how genuinely invested he was in making sure I was happy. He even followed with a phone call to see how everything ended up turning out. If you’re looking for someone who’s patient and truly committed to customer satisfaction, Adi is your guy. Blinds To Go is lucky to have him, and I’m grateful for all his help. Highly recommend

  I bought the vertical PVC blinds and got a really good deal on the price and the shipping also came a week in advance. However, after installing them, the blinds seem to easily fall off and not sure if it is the quality or maybe the mechanism of the blinds is just not good enough.

  Paul provided professional and technical service. I felt very comfortable with him. He made the job look easy and completed it very quickly. He was awesome with our pets as well. They loved Paul. They made sure he was doing a great job.

  Had a broken Blind system and went to the store to determine how to get it fixed. Met Patricia Thorney a Design Consultant who walked me through the various options available. She checked and reviewed the issue I was having based on photographs I had taken . She determined that it would be covered under warranty. As I would have to bring the complete Track in for repair she provided a few paper shades that I could install while the repair was being done. Apart from the relief of not having to replace the entire system Patricia was very professional in the way she looked after the issue. Was great to meet someone who was competent at her job but also very professional and polite.

  April 23,2026- walked into Blinds to Go at Queen and Hansen Brampton and met Adi the Sales Manager who assisted my husband and I. We had previously purchased from blinds to go on my previous house and they were great and that is why I went back again. We came in to get a price for 3 bedrooms,1 kitchen window and 2 bay windows and he made some suggestions and VERY helpful. We were VERY happy with price as it was within budget that we were looking for. THANK YOU Adi for your help and patience with my order. Would recommend you any time that someone is looking for blinds😊
