- LLLorenzoJul 11, 20261.0I would not recommend this Access Storage location. I called and cancelled my storage unit a month ago, and my cancellation was accepted. I assumed everything had been taken care of. Then, out of nowhere, I received a bill for another month. When I called to ask why I was being charged, I was asked if I had removed the lock from my unit. Seriously? You're asking me that a month after accepting my cancellation? Doesn't anyone verify that a unit is empty before closing an account? Since no one was answering the phone, I had to drive to the Rosedale location in Brampton myself. After I arrived, I was told to wait while staff went to check if the unit was empty and whether the lock had been removed. This should have been done when I cancelled—not a month later after sending me another bill. This experience showed a complete lack of organization and poor customer service. Because my cancellation wasn't processed properly, I wasted my time, my gas, and dealt with unnecessary stress over a bill that should never have been issued. Access Storage needs a much better cancellation process. Customers shouldn't have to chase down staff to fix mistakes that could have been avoided in the first place
