  I’ve had an excellent experience at Access Storage – Bolton, thanks to Store Manager Lovepreet and Assistant Cathy. Both have been consistently professional, informative, and transparent throughout the rental process. They explained everything with clarity and handled the occupancy details with genuine honesty, something you don’t often see these days. They truly exemplify what honest business looks like. Their integrity and customer first approach made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommended.

  Friendly manager. Thorough review of facility. Offered choice of unit. The only thing that could be better is cleanliness- could have been less messy. Facility could use a facelift and some brighter lighting in places. A few more carts would also be useful
