I needed a tv and could not find out whether it was in stock using the website. To my great pleasure, I was able to speak to an actual person at the Belleville store. They confirmed there was one tv in stock, had the bill ready for me to pay when I arrived and I was quickly on my way with my purchase. It was a pleasant and seemless experience. This has always been the case whenever I have dealt with the Belleville Brick store. How refreshing!

The two young gentleman that delivered my fridge were extremely knowledgeable and how do you bring it up 18 steps and take the other one back down. No damage done whatsoever. To the walls nor the stairs and the fridge was in excellent condition viewing all of the outside with no dense or scratches. So far it is up and running and we are in good shape so far . Very much, appreciate the promptness of the delivery from the time of purchase.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
We were completely upfront about our short timeline and made it clear we needed a refrigerator delivered as soon as possible. The website showed delivery availability within three days, but the in-store sales representative persuaded us to complete the purchase with her instead, assuring us the fridge would be delivered within two weeks.
Two weeks came and went, only for us to be told the earliest delivery wouldn’t be for another two weeks. Had we been given honest information from the beginning, we would have purchased online or elsewhere.
This felt like a sale made to secure a commission rather than to provide accurate information or good customer service. To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns with the manager, the response was essentially, “too bad, there’s nothing we can do.”
If you value honest communication and reliable service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Not going back to The brick Belleville . The initial when I went to order appliance i confirmed with their delivery policy as my Builder wants delivery in certain time during day . They promised will accommodate delivery accordingly builder schedule . When it times for delivery I think they did not follow that schedule and arrange a different time . 1st time delivery went back to the bricks as they have not followed Builder schedule . ( I went couple ago to remind them to follow a builder schedule and change contact information from me to builder that never happened ) . When my 1st time delivery went not happened I went The Bricks again asked them to follow schedule . The lady who might be a manager told me they can not follow any schedule and delivered as per their time . I Informed them if you don’t follow schedule delivery will not happen . When 2nd time they arrange delivery same problem but Delivery driver was nice person and he changed his route and delivered my appliances as per builder schedule ( delivery driver know that my delivery got cancelled 1st time so he is so nice to call me and asked me he can change his route and deliver my appliances and he did it ) . .
I ordered my appliances with Eric . I placed order with Eric when I went in Brick right next day they informed Eric quite his job yesterday . Now Jordan will take care of my order . I don’t have any issue with that Jordan is a nice person .
I try to meet Jordan and I confirmed his schedule and they gave me a time to come and see a Jordan . I went in The given time at brick and they informed me he left early today . same thing happened again . I have to make 2 extra trips even I have confirmed Jordan schedule with them . when I went 3rd time they also toldmy Jordan left early but I asked them to check it and lady called him and he is working . So basically they have lied that he left early .
Placing an order with Jordan got a great service but because of delays in delivery and not accommodating schedule accordingly I will never going back to The Bricks . Before thinking to buy a Dinning Table and beds from you guys but not now . Everything is ruined by a lady who work at back office . My builder has warned me before buying appliances from the Bricks as they have previously bad experience with The bricks .

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
