  Had a fabulous interaction with Ingrid of your Belleville location. She was extremely helpful guiding us on sales etc on wicker patio furniture. Ingrid is not only extremely knowledgeable she also has a terrific sense of humour. My husband and I were laughing out loud. I highly recommend you visit this location and ask for her. You won't be disappointed.

  Purchased a table umbrella at end of season fall of 2025. Put up in late spring worked for first 6 times 7th time pully rope broke. Called JYSK spoke to manager and because it was a floor model there was no warranty l was not informed by employee about the warranty. She cannot do anything about it, we spent $150.00 we are senior's on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for us. Manager was unwilling to rectify this purchase. We will never shop at this store again. BUYER BEWARE.

  My love and I walked in to JYSK Belleville trying to find something to help keep the sun off of me while I enjoy our fire pit, I was pleased to meet Chelsea. She helped us out big time. I got this big umbrella and when she went to look for the base in the back, she couldnt find one in its box, so we were disappointed as we were all excited, then she comes out and says I spoke to my manager, telling him/her this is not fair, this lady loves to enjoy her fires but is getting burnt, so it worked out that they sold us one off the floor and I got to pick the best one also giving 5% off for it. I would like to thank her for all her help and kindness. Also the manager who gave the ok 👍 to go ahead and sell one to us. I am enjoying my coffee, fire, and our puppy. I can now enjoy the outdoors without the heat and getting burnt. So thank you Chelsea for all your help, wish I had of giving you my # so you and your loved one (if you have a man) to come over and enjoy a fire with me! Maybe if we can make it there and your working I can give you my information and have you here to enjoy a fire!
