  The facility was neat and organized, and the attendant was courteous and efficient. My storage unit was easy to access.. I feel that my goods are safe there.

  Aries was my initial point of contact and made the process easy and smooth from start to finish. I also appreciate him going through the terms and conditions and highlighting important details. He was very accommodating and helped me make the best choice on the unit size based on my needs. The property is very well kept and easy to navigate. Other staff on site were also very friendly and helpful.

  I am extremely disappointed by my experience with Access Storage – Beamsville. After renting a storage unit here for nearly two years and making every effort to communicate during a difficult period, I was devastated to learn that my belongings—worth far more than the outstanding balance of approximately two months’ rent—had been sold. While I understand that businesses have policies and procedures, I had spoken with the Assistant Manager, Patrick, several times to explain that I had been hospitalized and simply needed a little more time to come in and make the payment. Despite my repeated communication and genuine circumstances, my requests were disregarded, leaving me feeling that compassion and reasonable customer service were completely absent. What made this experience even more upsetting was how I was treated afterward. I drove an hour and a half to the store specifically to speak with Patrick and share my concerns in person, yet he remained on the phone and instructed a colleague to deal with me, even after I made it clear I was there to speak with him directly. I found his attitude dismissive, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking basic respect. I left feeling deeply disappointed and, regrettably, with the impression that I had been treated unfairly and differently because of who I am. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling discriminated against. No long-term customer should leave feeling ignored, devalued, and without dignity. It has left me with no confidence in this location or its customer service, I sincerely regret ever choosing this facility and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
