Amazing customer service. Easy and reliable warranty process. I bought a mattress in 2022 that was considered higher-end then. In 2023 had it replaced for a seam tear without issue. Noticed same tear on the replacement last week and completed their warranty process again. Easy submission, approval in a few days, went to store to redeem and discovered my bed I love is discontinued. Mike Patel is a fantastic rep. Helped me with my exchange and to find a mattress I felt was equivalent, not the manufacturers subpar suggestion, no pushy upsells, friendly and efficient. He was transparent with the price difference and made sure I was happy with the trade. Speedy delivery expected in 2 days.

Mike Patel is the best person in the brick!! Ask for him. I came with my sister one hour before closing and he gave us every but of service you could ever imagine! Answered all our questions gave us all his time. We were not rushed once even though we tried literally every bed and although the store closed he helped us right to the end in smiles and laughter it was so appreciated we recommend everyone come see Mike!!!

On May 11, Harry P helped me and my mom look for a good bed from the frame to the mattress, from the headboard to the sheets. He watched as my mom tried mattresses and was very patient since my mom was using a walker as was I. I even got myself a pillow that I really needed. The staff were very patient when my mom's credit card didn't work and knew that her bank was nearby to fix.

Very disappointed with The Brick. We spent thousands of dollars here almost three years ago on sofas, a dining table, and other furniture. The salesperson convinced us to buy the extended warranty by clearly telling us that if we never used it, the full amount would be refunded after 3 years. Because of that promise, we paid almost $1,000 extra for warranties.
Now when we went back to claim the refund, they suddenly told us we are not eligible because 90 days have passed since the 3-year period ended. This important condition was never properly explained at the time of purchase. If it had been made clear, we would have claimed it on time.
This feels extremely misleading and dishonest. They are very nice when selling you products, but when it comes time to honor what was promised, they hide behind fine print and technical excuses. After spending so much money here, this is unacceptable customer service.
I will never shop here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went to The Brick to furnish my new place. During this process i was help out by Imad. The customer service he provided was fantastic. He did not rush me and helped me through the whole process. During this process he tried to find every deal he could give me and more. I could have not asked for a better sales representative! The shipping to my house was easy with the help of Ekta at the service desk.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
