  I had a fantastic experience with the Leon’s delivery team! They delivered my new sofa with great care and professionalism. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home. They took their time to make sure the sofa was brought in carefully, placed exactly where I wanted it, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not often you come across a delivery team that is this professional and attentive. Thank you for doing such an amazing job—I truly appreciate it and highly recommend Leon’s delivery service!

  I had purchased a king bedroom set, mattress and Queen bed from another location however, not all the items were in stock. Having waited for some time, I decided to check on-line and noted the Barrie location did have all the items. I immediately telephoned and was fortunate Denise answered the call. Denise is professional, client focussed, approachable and exceptionally kind. She went through my order patiently and found some of the items on a further sale with delivery much more reasonable. I was estactic that Denise was able to save me more money. Further, Denise met me at the store on her day off to finalize the order. The manager Daniel was also outstanding and can vouch that their customer service outdid my expectations. In addition, I was asked to check the following day as sales would begin. Accordingly, in speaking to Customer Service, they were extremely helpful and said they would review my bill, getting back to me quickly which resulted in a savings of another two hundred dollars. Leon's in Barrie is an excellent example of how well a team works with excellent products and leadership. In-store, they have a very good selection of furniture and appliances and the set-up and decor is inviting. I highly recommend this location and will shop here again. Thanks again Denise for your outstanding service and to Daniel and his team for your positivity. I truly felt like I was being taken care of.

  Sales experience at the store was great. Knowledgeable team, very helpful. Delivery experience was good. Technology to track the delivery was helpful when needing to plan around your schedule. Delivery was ok. The one delivery person seemed somewhat unprofessional and complained about having to bring a dresser up stairs and complained he was hot (in a well air conditioned place). Cold water bottles were provided to both of the men and they were on their way. The furniture received was very damaged and will need replacing. Leon’s is replacing the dresser after reviewing the photos. Overall great with the exception of the driver that was whining.

  Today the delivery exchange went well but last weeks error is still not appeased they delivered the couch set and knocked over the veranda🤮🥲 and made tile damage and said Leon’s would fix it it’s been a week now and still nothing this is now updated Thursday evening I got a message to return the phone call of a manager and I called back and the new manager. Nothing about the damage that occurred to my door tile and for the gate that is off the floor. despite me sending several pictures to the email, I was provided by the associates and sales people and delivery people that reported the incident at the time of occurrence I would appreciate a serious follow up in a timely fashion before I escalate this matter I still have not had any coordination to have my damages repaired and I’m supposed to have a laundry, washer and dryer delivered tomorrow that I also purchased and now I’m really considering cancelling everything I’ve purchased from Leons because they didn’t even fix the first damages that occurred during the first delivery and I’ve had many many purchases through the store and I’m very upset with the way this is being dealt with that This situation has been dealt with i’ve had two Amazon deliveries since and the Purolator and all three people almost fell down and told me that I should be careful. I don’t get sued. I should be saying the same thing to Leons. this is the picture of the damage. Be careful ordering from Leons. They might damage your house the drivers told me to keep calling for help and still no help and we even went into the store on Sunday to address this matter and they told us that they’re working on it that they have received the pictures by email that there’s some new employees there but they’re working on it and they will get it fixed and it’s not Thursday

  Bought a Kingsdown mattress less than 2 yrs ago and it’s sunk on one side so we’ve had multiple issues trying to get them to replace as per the warranty but the answer is still no they won’t. Kingsdown told us that we needed to have bought their box spring but the sales clerk did not tell us that or we would have bought them, so poor customer service from Leon’s and here we are 2 yrs later buying another new mattress but not from Leon’s or a Kingsdown so much for a warranty!
