  From purchase to delivery I was treated with dignity and respect. Sales person worked within the budget I gave, and the delivery individuals were efficient friendly and respectful! Lots of options for the customer! Good job Leon’s

  We went into Leons Barrie when we were looking for mattresses and a bed frame for our first home. We had an exceptionally amazing experience with Mariya. She was helpful, understanding of our situation and very knowledgeable in all of the mattresses and bed frames she showed us. She never pressured us, let us take our time and truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. A year later, we needed a bigger couch for our living room space. Mariya was just as helpful in answering any questions. She even went out of her way to send a picture of the fabric swatch in natural lighting so I could match our other furniture and decor when I couldn't make it to the store that day. The process was smooth, and Mariya provided excellent customer service. She has earned our trust and our repeat business for life!

  Chair was delivered with broken hydraulic for the arm storage compartment as well as 2 cuts buy the cup holder. Left arm of chair is bent outwards and storage compartment arm rest has huge gap. I have called and also took in pictures and videos to the store. Leon’s Barrie they can’t do anything I have to call a technician to book an appointment. I want to know why the delivery people did not look for damages or items broken. It clearly say in their policies they look for clear, pathways, proper clearance, product damages, and stability. So due to delivery people negligence. Not inspecting it and doing their job as it states and their policies. Now as a costumer I spent over $2,000 on a chair that the damages should’ve been picked up on at delivery and I’m also stuck with calling the repair company to come in to look at the chair. If you shop at Leon’s and get it delivered, ensure you inspect it well the delivery people are there. I was at an appointment and my mom was here to let them in.

  My parents and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Mariya recently. Not only is she warm, kind and caring - she is also straight forward, honest and extremely knowledgeable. The cottage now has a very comfortable and very good quality power reclining couch and loveseat and beautiful new rug. Thank you Leons in Barrie, but especially deep appreciation goes out to Mariya. The buying experience was so enjoyable and we left there not only feeling like we had made a new friend, but also like Mariya was family!

  We recently purchased a new refrigerator and range. The salesman, Mustafa was excellent, he was very knowledgable, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the appliances were delivered on different dates. The Range was delivered damaged on the bottom left corner, the bottom drawer was unusable and the right front element did not work. I was given an email address to report the damage. I sent 3 emails and never received a reply. I called the store directly and after many phone calls , they sent a repair technician from Elite Appliances. Wayne was excellent, he repaied the element but the damage was beyond repair. He submitted his report. I never heard back from Leons. I called Frigidaire myself and started a lengthy conversation with them in order to get my range replaced. My refrigerator finally arrived. I turned it on and there was water leaking from the rear of it and also from the back of the filter. It was unusable. Wayne came from Elite again and he knew the exact cause. He made the repairs, put a report in and left. We love the Refrigerator! I had to deal with frigidare myself and finally had the range replaced. We chose a diferent range at a lower price. My wife attended the store and asked about the difference in the cost but the store manager said it was our decision..end of conversation! I found that their customer service was not very helpful, and the email section never did respond!!
