- MHMoon HottonSep 10, 20265.0Wow, wow, sorry have to say it again "WOW". For the time on the phone call with Access Storage was only 7 minutes and everything done just like that.. This Access storage company has amazing employees and have all their ducks in order. Now for inside the store was very clean and organized display which you can get if you needed packaging stuff, boxes, tape, and etc. As you can see by the pics the driveup storage is very clean and don't smell. Thank you for helping me.
- JPJune PunnettSep 3, 20265.0Although in the end I did not need the storage unit, I was glad to have it as a back-up if things went wrong. The process of reserving the unit was easy and pleasant, as was the cancellation.
- ETElisa TravaglioAug 13, 20265.0Jen is a delight to deal with and got me set up with a unit in no time.
- LBLydia BartlettAug 11, 20265.0Jenn was amazing and answered all my questions; she helped me map out a plan of what I would need to get for packing and gave me a round down of all the costs. She was so warm, freindly and made me laugh! I wish more people possessed this kind of customer service skills! She’s the best!
- CGCindy GIordanoJul 24, 20265.0Jenn at the Highway 89 West, Alliston location is awesome!! She answered all my questions, very professional, and her customer service skills are evident! She was able to focus on me, handle customers who walked in and answer the phone. Impressed! She never made me feel as though I was not her priority when other customers walked in. She showed me the unit and explained everything I needed to know. I'd definitely refer people to her. She makes a great front line to Access Storage! Thank you, Jenn.
