I purchased a 3-year furniture warranty for $379.99 and didn't cost the company a single dollar in repair claims. This warranty is incredibly overpriced considering The Brick’s furniture lacks basic quality and is made from cheap materials that do not hold up. Under their "Full Circle" policy, I am owed that warranty money back in store credit. I missed their 90-day claim window by less than a month. When I went into the store to request a reasonable customer service exception so I could immediately spend that credit on a brand-new, larger purchase, the store manager, Nuriya, was incredibly dismissing. Nuriya showed a complete lack of kindness, poor professionalism, and a total lack of basic management skills. Instead of acting like a skilled leader who values customer retention—especially when selling low-quality products—she refused to even listen to my situation and shut me down immediately. Treating a loyal customer this poorly over a small window of time—when they already have my $380 and their furniture is cheap and poor quality—is awful business. Nuriya's lack of skills and unprofessional attitude have completely ruined my trust in this store. Beware of buying expensive warranties on cheap material here; they will look for any excuse to keep your money, and their local management lacks the skill or care to help you. UPDATE: The owner replied below telling me to email to resolve this. I emailed them immediately with my invoice and ticket numbers, and just like the local store manager, corporate is now completely ignoring my emails. Their reply below is just a fake public relations stunt to look good. Still no resolution and zero customer care. Avoid this store.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
