I purchased a mattress that I initially thought was right for me, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit. The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding, and accommodating throughout the exchange process. They worked with me to find a better option and made sure the new mattress could be delivered as quickly as possible. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I recently came in to make a purchase for some couches, it was smooth and effortless thanks to her. She was the only employee working when my girlfriend and I came into the store. Rather than confront us with aggressive sales tactics she kindly allowed us to sit and experience the potential couches we liked while she helped other customers. She offered help to us if necessary but in no way did she rush us or make us feel any “buy something or leave” energy. Once we had made our choices and spoke to her about purchasing, she informed us of a sale coming in the next few days, and that it would be cheaper for us to wait on pulling the trigger. The following day she gave me a call to explain the full price breakdown for what we liked, and I truly feel she did her best to give us the best price instead of gouging us. Overall it was a smooth and easy experience, thank you again Sarah!
- AMAnkit MalhotraSep 14, 20261.0I was forced to go with brick by my builder for my homes appliance. I understand how these things work so happily went for upgrades all across the board. The experience went down hill right after my initial meeting with them at the store. I paid for my order in late june for a delivery that was supposed to happen on july 27th. While i totally understand that delays happen and its out of control of the brick. But i havent experienced customer service as bad as i have experienced at the brick. Their folks dont return your call after telling you they will call back, there is no response to emails. The just dont bother replying to your text, no response what so ever. Thats regardless of you being formal and eaiting indefinitely for a response. I was delivered a broken gas range almost 1 and a half months after originally date, and i have not been responded to about ehat to do about next steps after informing them 3 weeks ago. Know, You just wait in a limbo if you have placed an order with the brick. Very unprofessional, and literally a circus.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
