- TETiffany Ewen5 days ago1.0Really annoyed with this store and their store pick up for orders. I ordered a 10 pack of sodas. They gave me the four pack and charged for the 10 pack. Didn’t realize it til I got home. They didn’t pull the whole order either. I got a notice that the rest of my order is ready for pickup. Why was it not ready with the rest of the order? The time before we didn’t get the whole order had to go back inside to get it because they “oh I didn’t know there was more.” I don’t know if they are just not paying attention or what. Really frustrating. This store was my go to. I am gonna have to start searching elsewhere, if they can’t get it together.

Even though there was one on the floor and the cashier said there was one in back as well, they wouldn't let us pick it up. They said we had to wait for a follow-up email saying it was ready for pick-up. I explained that online it said the store only had one in stock, that other people were looking at it and there was already a hold on my credit card, so we would like to take it home with us. They refused. Two days later we were sent an email that said "This is embarrassing, but it happens. The chair you ordered is no longer available. The good news is the hold on your credit card will be released within 72 hours." No apology. No offer to make it right. And the wording implying getting our money back within three days as "good news" was the icing on the cake. When we wrote in, they offered a 20% coupon IF we submitted a bunch of information to them, instead of just sending it in the response email.
