He spent a lot of time with me patiently and I believe with honesty. When it happened that I had to send back my mattress (no fault of the product itself) both he and Justin and several other persons on their staff arranged for the return of the product and immediate refund. No questions asked. In my opinion this family-run outfit is the BEST.
