Rally liked this customer satisfaction obsession. Keep it up. - Very detailed and professional installation by their installer Ramon. He also explained the warranties very well and explained all the functionalities very well 1 feedback: I had to call them myself to check if my blinds are ready or not and to schedule the installation. Seems like blinds were with them but I never got a msg/call/email from their side to get the installation scheduled. This part can be improved by having some sort of automated notification to the customer.
