  Had 3 pc window sheer shades installed at my mother's house 4 1/2 yrs. 4 yrs ago had issue w/one of the shades (side) - quick to replace. Recently I noticed that the middle shade rolled up a bit off-centered, messing with edge. Budget Blinds replaced all 3 pcs under warranty in 2 weeks turnaround. Just had to pay labor for them to remove old and install new. Very happy with this company.

  They would’ve gotten 5 stars if they hadn’t forgotten to order 2 plantation shutters. When they came to install they were short 2. Also the installers never cleaned up their mess from drilling into drywall and saw dust from shutters and we hadn’t moved in yet so I had no cleaning supplies nor a vacuum. Called the company and left a message about this and no one even called me back. I had to call again and finally spoke with someone. The plantation shutters are great and the roller shades.

  I had a wonderful experience with Robert from Budget Blinds North County San Diego. He researched to find the best and least costly option for me. A very pleasant experience which is not always the case nowadays. He kept me updated on his progress and kept his appointments. Thank you Robert and Budget Blinds.

  Budget Blinds did a fabulous job for us on new blinds throughout our home. From the first call to schedule the consultation through installation, it was a seamless process. The consultation and measurement appointment felt thorough and Shawna had great suggestions for certain windows, based on our specific needs. The ordering and waiting process didn’t take as long as I expected, either. Robert was our installer and did an excellent job. He worked quickly and efficiently, as well as solving a couple of problems with the way the blinds were initially installed, during a second visit. This made them perfect. The whole project went smoothly and the price point felt very reasonable, given what we were wanting. The quality of the blinds have been great as well, with no issues thus far with the battery operated ones or any of the hand-close ones either. I would recommend this company.

  Great service and guidance by Gordon at the initial meeting to discuss and choose my window coverings and take measurements. The installation.with Ken was seamless and, he took the time to explain the process, he gave me a couple of options, and took the time to show me how it would look. The top down, bottom up cellular shades I purchased worked out perfectly and look very nice!!
