  I contacted Budget Blinds a few years back for motorized window and skylight coverings. From sales to installation they were professional and economical. A fee years after I began having a small issue with our remote control and one of our skylight covers. Robert responded the same day of my request and came to our home the following day. Each issue was dealt with and I was happy to hear the work was still covered under the warranty. I highly recommend making Budget Blinds one of your options for window coverings.

  We had Budget Blinds install roller shades in our conference room and traditional slatted blinds in our bridal suite and are so happy with the product and process. I had a fabulous experience from start to finish with Budget Blinds. Shawna, the sales rep, was wonderful. She was responsive, knowledgeable, clear in communication, low-pressure... Just a joy to work with. The ordering was easy and she helped me find an option within our budget that satisfied the aesthetic we were going for. Installation was a breeze. Sean and Ken were punctual, friendly, kept a clean work-space, and finished almost an hour faster than projected. We love our new blinds and we're so pleased with the entire experience.   We had a powered sun shade installed on our sliding patio door. All aspects of this purchase were outstanding!!! The consultant came to our house and provided us with all the information we needed to make a purchase decision - and did so in a professional and courteous manner. The installer was extremely knowledgable and very friendly with us. We can highly recommend this company for all of your window covering needs.

  Ramon was very courteous, professional and diligent…the install went super smooth and came out better than we expected…he also mounted the control for our motorized shades…i highly recommend doing business with Budget Blinds of North County San Diego…from the office personnel, to the design consultant and the installers, our experience has been top notch and have been recommending them to friends, family and neighbors (new construction community).

  5 stars for initial contact. My wife and I came in on 3/30/26 and talked to Montana and Czach about adding shutters to our home. They very nice and knowledgeable about what we are looking for. They set us up for 4/2/26 at 12:30 for an in home consultation. This is where the 1 star comes in. Its Thursday at 12:30 and no contact, we waited until 1:30 and left to run errands. Got home at 4:30ish and thought maybe a card was left but there wasn't and no phone call as well. I'm sure they do excellent work as stated by the reviews but unfortunately we won't find out. Your probably wondering why I didn't call and the reason I didn't is because that's the feeling out part of the company. I did call at 4:45 and talked to Montana ( very nice) and told her the situation and she confirmed that the appointment was set for 12:30 but couldn't explain why the sales rep didn't show up. We are NOT mad just disappointed. She did apologize and I appreciate that but didn't offer to reschedule. So we have 3 more companies coming next week for estimates. Kind Regards, Scott and Brenda
