  Never have anything in inventory anymore. Went today they have no drywall or drywall repair kits. The last few visits I’ve left empty-handed we’ve been using this location for years however it appears to be on a steady decline

  This store never has anything in stock when I go here, from simple wire marrettes, hvac ducting pieces, basic WD40 - to just about everything. It is not a restocking shelves issue as it doesnt matter what time of day I come, morning/noon or night. Constantly find myself going down the road to CT or HH. Save yourself the stop here! Unsure who manages the inventory but it's atrocious. I don't know how they make any money!

  Although the employees at the store are very friendly, this store has major inventory supply issues! There is virtually no stock of regular day-to-day common use items available for customer purchase. It has been this way for over a year now and despite raising the issues with the store, it has only worsened. Since I reside within the area, it has been a convenient location to go to..however over the past few weeks I have visited the store for various items, only to leave empty handed. On one occasion it was Shop Towels - none, then Spray Nine - none, Drywall Compound - none, only 3 sheets of drywall available, the list goes on and on. It's too bad as it is a Canadian owned store and we want to support our nation, however it is not possible without adequate inventory. So my first stop for project purchases has had to change to another supplier. The store owner needs to address the supply issues asap or I fear the store and staff will suffer an unfortunate outcome.

  Went in for a diamond bit and caulking. The bits were in different areas in the store which was confusing. Caulking! There was none! The guy we asked didn't even know what caulking was cause he pointed at the silicone. He just said, oh, our order hasnt arrived yet. 2 stars cause they had the bit I needed.

  Probably the worst managed hardware stores in the province. Constant stock issues in all categories that are important for hardware store. The lumber yard is always a mess, poorly labeled and almost dangerous for customers. The only reason it's not a one star is because the staff have always been polite, helpful and apologetic to the short falls that are clearly managements fault
