  Best around. Issues mostly involve lack of front end staff with experience. Water tests cause a back log and this is when the the lack of staff is noticed. Only other issue for me is, as I want several services and maintenance issues completed but they will only consider anything after I complete online forms. I have reasons which make that process difficult for me so I can never get the services I want. I just wish they would answer the phone and still conduct business that way as well. But all in all, this is my third ingroung from them and they are the absolute best. Maybe a little more expensive, but its worth it. I would recommend, and have recommended to anyone looking for a pool. You won't be let down.

  I am a new pool owner and was totally lost at the beginning of the season when I was trying to get the chemistry right in my pool. R&R pools were absolutely top-notch when it came to fixing my issues. Staff is first rate and they are very knowledgable and they spend the time to educate you on how to keep your pool working properly throughout the summer. I buy my chemicals through them and use their chemical testing pass throughout the summer. It’s a great deal. Took the anxiety out of trying to learn all of this from scratch. And over the summer, I have been able to understand a lot more

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had been struggling with our pool for a few years and finally found R & R Pools. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues, explain what was happening, and worked through each step until our pool was finally back to looking great. We really appreciated their honest advice and the fact that they never made us feel rushed or pressured into unnecessary services. Communication was excellent, they showed up when promised, and it was clear they genuinely cared about getting the best result. If you’re having pool problems and need a company you can trust, we highly recommend R & R Pools. Thanks for all your hard work—we can finally enjoy our pool again!

  We had R&R pools install a new variable speed pump for our in ground pool, the installation was prompt, professional and the service personnel were friendly. We are very satisfied with the service and the savings on our electric bill, 5 stars!

  New pool owner here. I went in today for a simple water test. Andrew took the time to review every result and explain why and what I needed to do moving forward. He made the process very easy.
