- DMDavid MurrayApr 20, 20261.0I came here looking for a basic socket set and they don't have one. they also didn't carry an adjustable wrench that was less than 18 inches long and also did not have a half inch nut driver. in this entire hardware store I could not find a tool to remove a half inch nut other than a pair of pliers.

I drove from Eastern Passage to Halifax to check out a couple of washing machines that were in the flyer. Before I went, I checked delivery times and it said April 16th, and delivery location,but when I got there I told that the earliest they could guarantee a delivery was April 30th!, and was told initially that they didn't deliver to Eastern Passage. I left without ordering a washing machine, went to another company, got the same washer, same price, and it is being delivered (free of charge), on Tuesday, April 14th. After this experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend Rona for appliances.

Virtually every store on the planet differs in layout from one location to the other, that is not a problem uniquely Rona faces, and other independently owned Canadian stores like Canadian Tire manage to be able to list where items are located
- ETEthan TMar 18, 20262.0Stores not bad, front cash employees could learn a little more manners. Warehouse staff might as well be the 2x4s in the back due to their lack of work. Old guys at the pro desk are awesome and that’s where the extra star comes from.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
