There was a sign on the door saying they were delayed opening due to systems being down. I get that's likely not their fault but I called before I left and nobody answered, google said they were open. Figured they were too busy to answer so heading in on the 45 min each way drive anyway. My mistake to do so I guess. No expected opening time posted either. Disappointed but that was my first trip to Rona experience.

Another pallet load was all frozen together and two people in the yard were about as helpful as a teenager on social media. No one offered any help and offered no apologies and or “rain check” . I should have known better to even think of going here.

I really want to support this business being one of my local hardware stores, however the stock keeping in this store is absolutely abismal, so many times I have looked online and things say in stock only to get there and have to wait 30 minutes for somebody to go look only to be told they don't have any. This has happened multiple times! The final straw today was just needing some 2x3 lumber, after doing four laps of the yard we could only find 10 soaking wet pieces. So I decided to just exchange for some 2x2 for the remainder only to find out they were more expensive when I did the exchange? How on earth is smaller lumber more expensive?!?! Will be taking my business to Home Hardware from here on out, sorry Rona Elmsdale.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
