  Can’t say enough about the furniture salesman Jonathan. We showed up looking to put fit our entire home and he was attentive and saved us everywhere possible. He continued to follow up right until delivery day. When looking for furniture find Jonathan on the floor you will not be disappointed if I could give him more stars I would.

  Got my couch delivered to my city apartment and the delivery people were fantastic. They were able to fit the long piece of furniture in the cramped elevator and set it up it my apartment efficiently and with little hassle. Would purchase from Leon's again.

  We purchased our beautiful Canadian made King Size Beautyrest Max Moon Eurotop Plush mattress at Leon’s in Burnside (Halifax) on June 27, 2026. We also purchased a mattress cover to protect our new mattress. Our Beautyrest mattress came with a 10 year warranty. Our salesman who advised us to select the perfect mattress for our needs was Mark. He was very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. This mattress was on sale. It was 40% off the regular price which was priced within our budget for this quality Beautyrest Max mattress we had selected. We’re are very pleased with our new mattress which was delivered free of charge and set up on Monday, June 29, 2026. The delivery men were courteous and friendly. They arrived at the designated time and set up our new mattress within 30 minutes. They took away our 33 year old Beautyrest Quintessence Plus king size mattress for a $16 fee. I would highly recommend this Leon’s store and Mark our salesman to anyone looking for a comfortable and excellent quality Beautyrest mattress.

  Appalling Service: Delivery Team Damaged Building and Fled the Scene ​Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) ​I am absolutely appalled by the delivery service provided by Leon’s Dartmouth. On June 20th, I had a couch delivered to my apartment building. Not only was the delivery handled with zero care, but the delivery team caused significant property damage to the building's interior. ​While moving the furniture through the hallway, they knocked a light fixture completely off and put a hole right into the wall. Instead of acting like professionals, owning up to their mistake, or notifying me, the delivery guys completely fled the scene without saying a word to anyone. They didn't even bother to note the damage in their system, clearly hoping to cover their tracks and avoid accountability. ​This is an extreme case of bad customer service and a total lack of basic integrity. The building's resident manager has already been contacted and notified of the incident. Leon’s and this specific delivery crew need to be held fully responsible for the repair costs. Leaving a trail of damage and running away is completely unacceptable. ​Avoid their delivery service at all costs if you value your property. ​Would you like me to draft a formal complaint email to send directly to their store manager as well?

  Christian made the entire process of finding a new bed so easy and stress-free. We knew we wanted a king-size bed, but we weren’t sure what type would be best for us—firm, soft, or somewhere in between. Christian took the time to ask all the right questions, listened to our needs, and showed us several options that were a great fit. He made the whole experience smooth from start to finish and had everything arranged quickly. Our delivery team was fantastic as well! They were friendly, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. This experience reminded us why we keep coming back to Leon’s. We’ll definitely continue shopping there and highly recommend them to others!
