  This place has good ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite. I arrived at 4:30 PM (they close at 5:30 PM) ready to rent a unit immediately. The staff refused to help simply because they “don’t want to start a new rental before closing.” That’s not how a professional business operates. You’re either open or you’re not. Turning away a paying customer an hour before closing shows poor training, poor management, and zero respect for customers’ time. If management is reading this: you’re losing real revenue because of how your employees behave when supervision is low. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
