Great experience, very helpful staff who would to help you on a call up in less than few minutes, something that does not happen normally to me in a different branch closer to me. I lost my wallet, and went back to ask about that, to just find out that the staff got that and it was waiting for me at the customer services! Thanks

I had a great experience at the garden department at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The staff was super helpful and took the time to guide me in picking out the right plants. With their assistance, I was able to purchase three beautiful low-light houseplants that fit exactly what I was looking for.
The pricing was fair, and the location is really convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit. Now I just hope I can keep these plants alive lol! 🌱

This is a Local store of mine and have never had an issue with it until I took on a project at home . Ordered many items online from here and another place to see who’s items would arrive first as this project was under a time frame to be completed . I ordered extra items as a just incase as well . Everything was delivered but when it came time to return any unused items this is where the issue happened . The Home Depot had zero issues for me to return unopened , unused items I purchased at all at my local one .
But Lowe’s here in Norwalk had an issue , even though the website or app does not make you aware if a product is special order or not in stock at a certain location , it will let you order everything and deliver it to you but from what management at this location told me was that I would have to return each product to the Lowe’s location that did the fulfillment and refused my returns. They initially mentioned three locations for me to return items . La Habra , Pico Rivera , Hawthorne. This is ridiculous, after a bit of back and forth they let me return some items to “help” to not have to travel to all but still said I would have to return some items all the way to Hawthorne .
Upon arrival at Hawthorne location I was advised by staff there at the returns “that it was ridiculous that staff at Norwalk would make me have to travel all the way there when they could’ve figured it out at their location and was unnecessary for me to travel for that”. They also mentioned that this was the case years ago but no longer applied to today and return should’ve been accepted. Extremely unhappy with having to waste three hours of my day just for returns when this location is 15 minutes away. Needless to say the big orange store will be my go to now . Buyers beware of items being purchased , you may run into the same issue .
