Employees lied to me about credit card discount. There was none. Plus my order at fulfillment was damaged and looked used

Online orders is very bad. Checked in on curbside and waited 15min until a rude girl finally showed up.

Worst customer experience today. Needing to find an item which I showed them on their website. Showed the aisle number but item wasn’t there. I had to speak to 5 different people to eventually find the item. I walked the entire length of the store twice because no one offered to take me to what I needed and it wasn’t where they pointed to and said it should be. Staff didn’t know anything! Unfriendly and lazy, standing around chatting or eating at the desk when supposedly serving. One person snapped at me when I asked if he worked there. Telling me, “I work all over this store!” He still didn’t help me find the item. Store was very empty and staff chatting in groups around the store. If they keep this behavior up they’ll be going down bankruptcy road with the likes of Sears. Gone are the days of service. Also you have to self-checkout so what’s the point of staff really?

I visited Lowe's Northridge after checking prices online, expecting a straightforward purchase—but it turned into a frustrating experience. The item I researched online was priced lower, but when I got to the store, I found out the in-store price was higher. What’s worse is that they refused to match their own online price, even though they’re apparently willing to match competitors. That policy makes absolutely no sense and feels misleading. To top it off, when I asked about it at self-checkout, the staff responded in a condescending way—as if customers should already know about this pricing discrepancy. Instead of being helpful, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience from both a pricing transparency and customer service standpoint. Thanks but no thanks—I’ll just shop on Amazon.

The worst customer service medal definitely goes to Lowe's. I ordered 22 decorative fence panels online and after a week I received them and the driver said that there was an issue in delivery and I should customer service. I checked them and find 9 of them were broken (note that they charged me $79 for deliver fee). I called Lowe's customer services immediately and they put an exchange order on those panels and told me that I should receive an email or call regarding the delivery. However, after 2 days I didn't get any email or call. So I called customer service again. They said there is no exchange order on file and they should put the order again. During the process, the agent told me that the exchange is not doable at that time because there is only 3 fence panel available (I checked Lowe's local store in the app and there we 8 of them available). She told me that she put a note for her supervisor to complete this exchange and I should receive an email regarding this order. Again, it's 2 days after this call and I have not heard back from them. So, I went to Lowe's customer service at Northridge and described the issue and she was surprised about the fact that they delivered broken items and she said that what I can do is to set a pick up time and have them to pick them up and you should come here the next day to complete the exchange. I went there next day after pick up those broken panels and the customer service told me that we didn't get those panels and they were sent to Lowe's Lancaster and you should follow up with them. So I called them that day and the customer service told me that they received the panels and I will get the refund. I told them that I ordered an exchange and I can not pick up 9 panels myself that's why I paid delivery fee. He told me to call back tomorrow to talk to his supervisor since she wasn't there that day. I called there again the day after 3 times. Each time after transferring my call to another department they hang up on me. So I called Lowe's customer service and described the issue. The agent told me that this is an issue related to Lancaster and they can not help. She mentioned that there is no sign of exchange in the order and I will get the refund 2-10 days. Then she transferred me to Lancaster customer service and again after a transfer they hung up. This was the story of a nightmare called Lowe's customer service. Just a heads up to be aware of dealing with this company.
