Lowe’s Northridge is the worst. We ordered an appliance online. First time they told us that the driver was stuck in traffic, 2nd time they said the item was damaged, still no delivery, 3 time the item still didn’t get delivered, they told us that they would have to roll back the cameras to see which truck the item went on, after a month still no delivery. Adrianna and Marcela were the supposed managers. I had no choice but to cancel the order, and they still have not canceled my order. I went to Burbank Lowe’s orders and my item was delivered the next day. Northridge is a mess no one cares.

These are the most unknowledgeable associates that I’ve ever run into at any hardware store. None of them knew anything about any of the products and we talked to multiple of them. They were not happy to be at their job. None of them were friendly and happy to greet people or happy to help talking to any of them seem to be causing them a huge inconvenience about asking about one simple thing this place is horrible. I would avoid it at all costs go to Home Depot. I will never come back here again. Ask them a simple question about a deadbolt kit made by Erwin. I gave them all the specifics not one of them had any clue what I was talking about. They didn’t even know what a hole saw was.

I've been going to these Lowe's since 2008
All the time is hard to find Somebody to Help You, but I got used to Go so many times a week that I know pretty much worse. Everything.
Yesterday I went to buy some Christmas light, but it took 45 minutes to find somebody to help me
I asked for the manager which he came 20 minutes later and he didn't even talk to me. He gave me the most nasty attitude. I'm so disappoint. His name is Aldo. I was in the store in Northridge, Yesterday, 3:20 P.M. I left 4:15 this manager has no manners, and he doesn't even know how to treat a client. Horrible Service.
In the meantime, we talked total seven employee, nobody help Everybody Repeat, the same thing. I will call somebody.
