I reached out to him about a transfer to a larger unit and within minutes I had an agreement in my inbox. Throughout the process I had a few questions and requests and Jared (who was insanely busy by the way) handled all of them quickly and professionally. My guess is other people at other locations might just say, “sorry I can’t help,” but Jared didn’t just shrug his shoulders and say whatever. There were things out of his hand, but the things he could control he did flawlessly! He made me want to stay here as long as I had storage needs.
