  This is to notify all potential buyers never to buy a Dyson product. I spent three hundred dollars on a machine that would suddenly decide not to work. After months of frustration, I threw it in the trash.

  Without even asking how my vaccuum failed, the tech immediately replaced my entire brush bar assembly on the spot! He did it before even checking who I was or how long I've had the cleaner since the model is only a little more than a year old and has a 5 year warranty! I was out of there in literally 20 minutes, and that was because there was someone ahead of me. Best customer service I've had. (I'm 68 years old.)
