Due to recent stress, my short-term memory has been weak, and I forget numbers instantly. Carla never showed frustration when I asked her to repeat prices and dates multiple times. One night, while I was moving my belongings alone and very late, Carla checked on me before leaving and warned me not to leave items outside due to theft risk. I had left some heavy items to donate the next morning but fell asleep from exhaustion. Instead of calling junk removal and charging me, she kindly contacted me and gave me the chance to handle it myself, without pressure.
