He was polite and helpful, showing us the furniture that we were interested in. He asked if we would like to continue to look at other items, as I said I wasn't sure what we wanted yet. Without any sales pressure he recommended we try out several different pieces and left us to discuss our options; when we looked around for him, he immediately came over to us and gave us detailed information about the love seat we were interested in. His knowledge about the dreaded 'bonded leather' reassured us and explained all the material used to make the item we selected. After our purchase, Troy walked us to the entrance, thanked us for our patronage and we left feeling that our purchase was exactly what we needed and wanted. How wonderful it was to find a competent, experienced sales associate who wasn't just sitting back waiting for a paycheck, but making sure we were happy with the entire process of selection and purchase.
