  I was into the JYSK Saint John location and was pleasantly surprised by how many people asked me if I needed help with anything. Jeff, the manager was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I'll certainly be back in the near future.

  Opened recently very nice store has a cool multi level balcony they have a large selection of items aswell staff were very friendly

  I was in the Saint john location on Saturday . The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and organized. I bought some candles from there and some pillows and a throw . Amazing addition to my home. With the helpful staff I was able to color match easy . I did go upstairs for the bathroom towels which they have an amazing amount of colours and styles as I love changing things up . If you are someone who's loves changing things up you need to visit this store. What a great addition to Saint john.

  Vanessa M was very patient with me as I asked multiple questions about outdoor furniture I’d seen in the sale flyer. She and her colleague (whose name I didn’t get, unfortunately) arranged to find an item that wasn’t on display, brought it out and unboxed it for me so I could view the item in real life. I was considering ordering items that weren’t currently in stock and they each explained carefully the terms for home delivery versus delivery to the store, allowing me to make an informed choice. A third staff member came promptly to help carry my in-store purchase to my vehicle. I am very happy with the customer service I received.
