I went into this location to price out furniture and appliances for my entire home. Within a minute I was approached by a sales rep. I clearly informed the gentleman that I was not interested, I wasn’t purchasing anything today, and I was just looking for now. For the next 10-15 minutes he continuously crept behind me around the entire store, stopping as I stopped, 20 feet away. I told him again I was not interested in his help. Frustrated, I made my way back to the entrance, where he once again tried to stop me and impose his sales tactics. I finally told him to stop following me and to leave me alone while he argued with me. His coworker then approached me and told me he was doing his job. Frustrated, I just left.
This type of high pressure sales is unnecessary and unacceptable. Not to mention just creepy. Had he left me alone to do my business, I would have probably bought furnishings for my entire new home.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to the Brick at Trinity in Moncton for my appliances and furniture.

From the day 1 of viewing furnitures the bricks staff gave me good response. One lady called BHAVLEEN is the one whom handling my purchases for 3-4 days including some changes after the purchases. She is an amazing member with lots of customer care and understanding the needs of a customer. I will give 100% for her service right thru the purchasing and the changes made.
When it comes to the delivery date 2 guys did an amazing job. ANOKH & SHUBHAM did carry the stuff for 2 bed rooms, living room, dinning area & foyer area without any hesitance. They were very handling all very carefully, professionally and friendly. I am attaching their service image with their concern.
My experience with Bricks is 200% satisfaction. I highly recommend the place of household products.

My experience with The Brick was amazing. Beginning with the salesman, Ange Rogelio, who was amazing and helped me find the perfect loveseat for my purposes. He was very helpful and professional. The loveseat was delivered when promised (the next day, I might add), and the delivery team of Ricardo and Gatan, were very friendly, professional and took the time to be careful getting the loveseat into my park model trailer. They set it up for me and made sure the power was working properly! My entire experience with The Brick has been outstanding!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
