  J’ai été reçu au magasin Leon’s Moncton hier et servi par Mathieu CHIASSON. Il a été très professionnel et courtois dans le service. Il m’a très bien orienté et conseiller sur les choix de mes articles. J’ai vraiment apprécié l’expérience et la qualité du service. Je vous recommande vivement ce magasin.   I want to say a big thank you to Samuel Guzman at Leon’s in Moncton. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful while moving and handling my furniture. You can really tell he cares about customers and does his job with respect and kindness. I always buy my furniture from Leon’s, and great service like this is one of the reasons why. Thank you again Samuel for the excellent service!

  My husband and I have been looking for new furniture for our basement rec room for quite some time. We finally found something that both of us liked at Leon's in Moncton NB. Mathieu Chiasson was amazing to deal with as a sales person. My husband had been in a week before and met him. Mathieu answered all of his questions and more that day. Then when we both went in, he remembered speaking with my husband and we just went from there. Definitely recommend Mathieu to help you with your next furniture purchase from Leon's

  In Response to your answer regarding my dad's situation, somehow, your salesman, Carlos, missed the boat and in my opinion, it's a form of taking advantage of the elderly. However, his commission would have been higher if he sold him anelectric one so I'm not sure why he sold him one with a lever that is too hard for him to use. Leon's lost my business a few years ago when my stove broke down and I went in to buy a new one along with a new fridge and microwave. I wanted a convection stove with air fryer but was told it was not available. I chose another one and was told it would in, in about 6 weeks (this was during covid). I bought and paid for all items and followed up in 6 weeks and it was still not in and They did not know when it would arrive. After following up a few more times, I found out they sold me a stove that was discontinued and I probably would not get it. Thankfully, they did sell me at the same price another stove, same brand with the air fryer, which I am thankful for but I did have to fight for it and I never did get an answer of why they could not sell me the stove I wanted to begin with and then eventually ended up with. I never returned to Leon's after that. As it was very frustrating and then comes the present time. My 80 year old dad went in alone to buy an electric leather laze-boy love seat. When it was delivered, it was not electric but a lever. He didn't say anything when he got it but soon realized that the lever is too hard to push down and need to use your legs, for which he does not have the strength. They came to check it and said nothing is wrong with it so can't do anything. I called today and spoke to Marcus, I think... not the friendliest guy. He said that my dad had a very experienced salesman and would not direct him in the wrong way. He added that the electric laze-boy would have been more expensive and I said, he would have paid it. He explained that if they go back to get it, he'll have to pay an administrative fee and delivery charge plus the extra cost of a new one. He was adamant that he had an experienced salesman and he would have more commission on the electric laze-boy so he didn't try to fool my dad. I'm not sure why he ended up with a lever type laze-boy when he wanted an electric. I know he did not want a laze-boy with a lever but they didn't care and I was basically told too bad, so sad. Marcus tried to tell me a story about the salesmen that proves his honesty and integrity. He spoke over me and not nice at all. There was no customer is always right at all during the conversation and no trying to negotiate something. I hadn't been there in a long time, and now will not go back for another long time.
