Everything from the purchase/sale was quick. It was an easy buy. The price was great for the quality and easy installation. They also didn't over sell or pressure us into buying other accessories. My only issue was that I had to set up the couch myself. I was certain the sales rep said that they did the set up. They were here and literally gone in 5 minutes. They took it off the truck, walked into the house, set it down and left. It took me almost 2 hours to unwrap (and they wrap it extremely well) and assemble. I have Carple Tunnel Syndrome. So I'll be paying for doing this tonight. Otherwise, time will tell if the couch holds up. As of right now. No regrets.

The service we received from Elise at the Brick in Fredericton was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to communicate with. She exemplifies "service second to noone" which was my units motto in the military. One of the highest compliments in military terms that I could pay to her would "Bravo Zulu".

The service was excellent, very efficient. I especially appreciated the assistance of being wheeled around the store - it was a very hot day and I seemed to be very fatigued by the heat. I was treated graciously and kindly while I did the business of making a purchase. And sent off to my car in a wheelchair. The store was recommended by others; now I know why.

Trevor was absolutely fantastic to work with! He is incredibly knowledgeable and easygoing, which made our appliance and furniture shopping experience completely stress-free. He let us browse the store comfortably without any pressure or bothering, but was right there when we needed him.

Thank you for renewing my faith in your store. I did not have a positive experience years prior with purchasing there; however giving it another chance I was very impressed with my recent experience. At this recent visit it was welcomed from start and helpful. I took the time and information needed and went back the following day without pressure. Sales staff were knowledgeable and kind. management came to meet and thank me; delivery arrived on time and set up as scheduled and were very helpful. Overall a very positive and pleasant customer experience. I would recommend The brick in Fredericton.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
