I was recently in the market for a whole new living room and bedroom set due to unforeseen circumstances. Chelsea, at the Brick in Regent mall, was incredibly patient and understanding. She helped me find the right furniture, coordinated the delivery and put my mind at ease.
I went to several other stores in the area to look for the right pieces at the right prices and ended back at the Brick. I was not disappointed!

This was our first experience buying a new piece of furniture, and Chelsea Todd made sure it was an excellent one. From the moment we walked in she made us feel comfortable and listened closely to our requests as well as what we didn’t want. She ended up finding us the absolute perfect couch for us and our space, and we couldn’t be happier! The delivery was smooth and the guys were friendly and professional. Overall it was a wonderful and seamless experience.

Our service with the Brick was fantastic. We placed the order online but our fridge stopped working properly 9 days before the anticipated delivery date of the new fridge. I called and they were able to bump our delivery up by 5 days.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
