Quick delivery when stock is available, delivery people customer service and sales reps have always been excellent, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Furniture and products are always good quality and last (well worth the cost) literally only buy furniture from the brick now.

Huge shout out goes to Ryan Yates, the General Sales Manager! I've learned the hard way to drastically adjust my expectations about customer service at big box stores, so I was pleasantly surprised & very grateful when Ryan went out of his way to help me with a warranty credit situation recently. He was understanding, kind & genuine. He acted with integrity & advocated for my warranty credit to be honored. If it weren't for Ryan caring more for his customer than maximizing his profit margin, two sales would have been lost altogether & along with them, a customer for life. Can't thank you enough, Ryan - hope you get the recognition you deserve from your employer, too!

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handled my warranty.
I purchased couches from this company and paid $800 for the warranty. Only a couple of months after the purchase, I noticed that the fabric started developing large knots, making the couches uncomfortable to sit on. There was also a lot of spacing between the cushions, which was another issue I noticed.
When I first went to complain, my concerns were basically ignored and nothing was done. A couple of months later, I called again and finally got someone to take my complaint seriously. They sent someone to inspect the couches, and the person who came told me that the cushions would be replaced.
Now, today, I’m being told that everything is apparently fine and that I should just buy a kit from Walmart to deal with the knots myself.
So why did I pay $800 for a warranty?
I paid for that warranty expecting the company to actually cover issues with the furniture. Instead, after all this time and multiple complaints, I’m being told to spend even more money and fix the problem myself.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company has treated me as a customer. I paid for warranty protection for a reason, and I don’t feel like they are standing behind what I paid for. 😤😤😡

Super disappointed, im like almost 9 months pregnant less than 2 weeks till my due date my fiance and I went here to purchase a bed we found a frame and a mattress the sales associate we had led us astray I wanted a soft mattress our mattress isnt great its been about a month and a half and it seems to be wearing out and we are not big people our bed frame makes so much noise fully put together and tightened it creaks and its super annoying I asked for a ZIPPER on mattress protector instead what was delivered was one that pops off all the time and our bed was delivered late ... we were told delivery was included and we didnt have to pay for 18 months... thats a lie we recieved a bill right away almost 500 of the price ... my cousin had good luck with the brick I honestly dont think id go back after this experience I wish I could return this bed im so disappointed... its pretty and thats literally all it has going for it ... avoid

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
