  The expected delivery date was appx 4 - 6 weeks. It was delivered one week from purchase date, absolutely marvelous! Ryan was pleasant at the store and the delivery by Matt & associate were courteous and installation went smoothly. Thank you!

  I was looking for a specific microwave that only Leon's had in stock, so I called the Fredericton store to check availability. Danica answered the phone and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, followed through on everything she promised, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We're very happy with our purchase and truly appreciate the excellent experience we had at Leon's Fredericton (970 Allison Blvd.). Thank you, Danica, for your exceptional service! Highly recommended.

  Absolutely Appalling After-Sales Service – Leon’s Fredericton Only Cares Until They Have Your Money We purchased two reclining sofas from Leon’s Fredericton in November—a three-seater and a two-seater. During the sales process, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and eager to make the sale. Their own delivery team brought the furniture into our home and assembled everything without any issues. Fast forward to now: we are moving to another province, and these recliners cannot fit through our doorway unless they are properly dismantled. We contacted multiple professional moving companies, and every single one told us the same thing—they were hesitant to take apart reclining sofas because of the mechanical components inside and the risk of damaging them. That is completely understandable. Naturally, we went back to the people who sold and assembled the furniture in the first place. At around 10:10 a.m., we visited the Leon’s Fredericton store and politely explained our situation to the woman at the customer service desk. We weren’t demanding free service. We weren’t asking them to send technicians at no cost. We even offered to PAY someone to dismantle the sofas. We specifically said that the person didn’t even have to be affiliated with Leon’s—they could do it independently after work if necessary. We simply wanted to know if there was anyone with the knowledge and experience to safely take apart the furniture. The response? A flat, unapologetic “No.” Not “Let me see what I can do.” Not “I’ll check with our delivery team.” Not “Here’s another company that might be able to help.” Just no. We were told their contacts “cannot be shared” and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. There wasn’t even the slightest attempt to help a customer who had spent thousands of dollars in their store just months earlier. This is exactly what is wrong with businesses that only care about making the sale. Before you pay, you’re treated like royalty. Once your credit card has been charged, you’re on your own. Apparently customer service at Leon’s ends the moment your furniture is delivered. But the most insulting part came next. Instead of making even the smallest effort to help, the customer service representative printed out a generic page from Google explaining how to dismantle a sofa and handed it to me. Seriously? Did she honestly think I wasn’t capable of using Google myself? I didn’t drive to the store to receive something I could have found in 30 seconds on my phone. I came because I expected assistance from the people who sold, delivered, and assembled the furniture. Printing out a random Google search result and pretending that counts as customer service is honestly insulting and incredibly dismissive. It perfectly summed up Leon’s attitude: “We already have your money, so here’s a Google printout. Good luck.” A company should be judged not by how friendly they are when they’re trying to make a sale, but by how they treat customers after the sale. On that measure, Leon’s Fredericton completely failed. If you’re considering buying large furniture from this store, think very carefully. Ask yourself what happens if you ever need help after delivery. If you move, need service, or require any genuine assistance, don’t expect Leon’s Fredericton to stand behind the products they sold you. Based on my experience, you’ll be left to figure everything out yourself. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of furniture retailers that understand customer service doesn’t end when the receipt is printed. Leon’s Fredericton clearly does not.
