Then 4-5 months later the rent almost doubled without many notice. They ended up reducing it a bit, but it was still a large amount more than the previous rate. They mentioned that this place was purchased by a bigger company and they didn’t have much influence on the pricing. Just received a notice that puts the price per month at over double the starting price… we only started renting a year ago. The cost is also double than the place just down the road. Crazy… unfortunately even though it is a well kept storage unit I will have to change to a different place as the cost is the price of a car payment… pretty crazy if you ask me.

The process to rent the unit was faster than going thru a fast food drive thru. Seriously!!! Most importantly, I didn’t have to provide in depth private information and sign my life away. Not to mention, my favorite thing about renting a storage unit here is I can digitally open the gate. Never again will you have to strain to reach the key pad or have to get out of your car to type in a code just to open the gate. And I will say the best thing of all is the monthly cost. I didn’t some serious price checking. By far Extra Space Storage has the best prices definitely affordable. This has been the best experience I have ever had renting a storage unit. Thank you, Brandy
