- SRSuzanne RobertsonFeb 27, 20261.0Bought a $1000 vase fountain from Waterwise. It was placed in a protected side patio. Within 1-1/2 years the thin ceramic glaze began to peel off exposing the terracotta pot. I contacted Brent "Poncho" to ask what can be done at this point. He stated he would get back to me after I sent pictures, to which I did immediately. I have since made numerous attempts to follow-up with no response from Brent. We've had other fountains (Purchased at Madd Potter) for well over 10 years with no issues. Agreed with another review: Poor customer service and quality. High prices and there are better options in the area. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
